Highly appreciating customer service. Dropped the car off for maintenance and repairs, they found more problems with the car and informed me about it. They also provided photo evidence as proof and the quality of customer care is outstanding. Currently no problems so far. Although alittle far for me as they are located in Cabramatta, but worth the effort to trust your vehicle with them. Highly recommend them. They provide genuine parts and also at a very fair price which will beat any other mechanic. Thanks team

Not as perfessional as I though, I made the booking to take my car for pink slip and I had to wait for the guys to see my tyres for 30-40mins and they still didn't do anything to my cars make me wait for nothing wasted my time because he is out taking other people out for test drive

Highly recommended. So far the best price on the market to me. Came to the workshop for a major repair water pump and oil cooling on my VW Golf MK7R. Sam from Heng’s garage has gone above and beyond to have these done, also highlighted a few other things and recommended the best for me. Very friendly and professional staff, one of a very few workshop that makes me don’t feel like I’ve been ripped off like any other euro cars workshop. Will definitely have some more work done in the near future with Heng’s garage. You just gained yourself a loyalty customer

2 of the cars I bought here for services performed lots better than before. I am bring in my 3rd one for service very soon. Thank you guys for the fabulous job.

Sorry but I have to adjust my rating after I brought the my 3rd car in for service. I am not happy with only one thing is that I got charge a replacement fee for my air filter when it not even replace. Before the service I check my air filter to see if it was still ok and it seem to be in very good condition and clean. I remember the filter was orange colour and there is one slide was disconnected with the rest. After the service, I check and saw it was still the same one. I know $40 is not much but I am not happy as I got charge for something that didn't get changed.

Having said that, I still happy with the rest of the service as all the 3 cars seem to drive smoother after the services.

Great service they never disappoint.

These guys are GREAT! Brought my Mini cooper there due to not starting they took their time and care with my car and Now it's running great RECOMMENDED MECHANIC.

AAA service. Got the boys to regas the aircon unit. Picked up some hot pizza on the way home. Had to go home and defrost it. Will definitely be coming back

Had my car serviced and timing belt replaced with Khearent and the team. Can I just say, the service and professionalism of the team is above and beyond! Kieran is well knowledgeable and took the time to break down what the service entailed. I had called over the weekend and my car was booked in for the Monday after! They went the extra length and had given me a temporary car to use while mine was being serviced. I had expected the car to be in for half the week but was called the next day saying that it was ready. Can not fault Heng’s Garage at all and they will now be my go to mechanic. Highly Recommend!

Had a great experience dealing with the team and highly recommend them enough for any sort of vehicle. They completed work on my E92 M3 and were upfront and honest when providing various options.

Coolant kept dropping below normal levels and clearly something was damaged as the car struggled to drive 10mins down the road. Brought to the boys at Hengs and they were professional, friendly and identified the problem with a quick inspection.

Left the car there overnight and they fixed it next day with an ordered part. Cannot recommend them enough. Already had a few of my families euro cars come in that are prone to issues like BMWs and VWs and theyve always done such a great job on getting the problem fixed in such a timely, professional and at a very reasonable price.

Changed my car engine and their service was excellent, reliable and trustworthy.

Legit my first ever review but I have to say, Khearant was an absolute legend. Came in for a suspension problem, walked out with solutions and options. He also found another problem and fixed it for free (previous shop didn't tighten a nut that caused rattling). Anywho, definitely found myself a permanent mechanic for my MK7 GTI PP. Thank you!

I was with a friend who had some work done on his Lamborghini Aventador. I was very surprised with the reasonable cost for the service it was as if the car was a 2001 Toyota Camry.

I would just like to thank the boys at Hengs Garage for their hardwork and time these guys can do anything from basic servicing to full engine builds and turbo swaps all at great prices, they will update you and inform you on anything your car needs without leaving you in the dark like many shops.

A year ago, request a quotes for brake rotor & disc and get a fast response plus can accommodate a short notice. Good service & price, definitely recommended!

Fast forward to last week, get a pink slip done & get the same good service even for a small price they charged. They will be my go to mechanic for sure & goodbye Parramatta N*N Service Centre.
