It’s was a great & smooth experience. Was recommended by a friend to this company & Eric (the sales consultant) was very professional & experienced. He provided a good detail run-down of the job & shared specifics to the various products. The installer used was very well organized and skilled with various cuts to the end installation. Surprisingly he maintained the area very clean, unlike a lot of tradies. I’d highly recommend their services.

Hi, the job was nicely done could have been quicker to finish but workers would turn up at 9am leave at 2pm for the 3 days they were there smoking eating coffee Macas.and when finished the two guys wanted to get paid in cash instantly, they waited outside the house, I told them I will pay your boss he has invoiced me, I have already paid a deposit.they became increasingly agitated and threatened to demolish the work if they did not get paid in cash now.it was back and forth discussions and shouting over phone with their boss, the situation was finally calm and I think have been paid.that's the only thing i did not like, very friendly at start at end was threatening anger etc that's how i felt.

Substandard products! Dishonest owner!
This is the first time I have dealt with this business. I have purchased 38 boxes pre-finished Spotted Gum hardwood planks for GJ Ultimate Group Construction Company on 10/05/2021 and paid the full amount before the delivery. When the timber floor technicians open the boxes on 14/5/2021 which is the job commencement day, we found out there are more than 20 plus planks are defective. The paint is uneven coated and there are lots of blisters/bubbles on the surface of the planks. I called the warehouse owner (old Chinese man) straightaway and explained their planks' issue. He denied immediately and said his planks have no problem, and told me that is our fault and we should not open all the boxes if we think the planks are not good. I did not ask for the refund, and I just told the warehouse owner that you are responsible to pay for the sanding and polishing cost as the pre-finished hardwood should be ready to install and no need to sand and polish. Our builder and technicians are very disappointed with the way how this warehouse owner handled this situation. NEVER PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS! THE OWNER IS VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! It is never right to cheat customers and sell the substandard products like that (Photos are attached). Australians should have zero tolerance to this type of the behaviour! The first picture does not look like the natural feature at all. The pictures speak louder than words no matter how professional they replied on this matter. The good quality pre-finished hardwood products should not have this type of abnormal pattern and blistered polishing. General consumers and builders should have the second thought when they purchase from this warehouse. We will never purchase from them again! I have also consulted with Abbey Timber's sales manager, and they explained to me what is considered as natural feature of the hardwood. The blistered paint is a big issue and it should be Heng An's PTY LTD's responsibility when you sell to your clients. Your owner mentioned to us that the general consumers have 1 year warranty on the product purchasing. How do you explain that?

Excellent customer service and attractive prices.
We bought about 90 sqm of laminate flooring here. Price was really good and we also received a substantial discount. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to provide advice on flooring performance and installation. Planks that had pre-existing damage upon opening the boxes were replaced by the store.
The product itself is good for the price though I have doubts on water resistance of the "water resistant" laminate, if water is spilled on its joints. The more expensive waterproof laminate was indeed tested by me as waterproof.

Eric was absolutely fantastic from the start and tried to solution for our requirements rather than making a sale. The installation team were very organised and finished a good quality job within schedule. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy business with great customer focus!

The attendant Eric was very nice and friendly and was happy to answer all my questions and was very kind with our order and loading it. We also needed 21m^2 so he generously gave us a 20m roll plus a few offcuts to more than cover the extra m^2. Thank you very much, we got an amazing bargain for good quality material.
