Hello Plumbing (Mark) came to my home, less than 24 hours after I had called - he was quickly able to assess the problem causing my toilet to leak and gave me 3 options for repair/replacement of the toilet.
I chose trust to repair the problem, so he went ahead. He had everything he needed with him, he was very efficient and tidy, in addition to being very polite the price was reasonable.

We had previously used Hello Plumbing for small tap/sink jobs and found them good to deal with.
Our recent job was a major exercise in re-routing household waste water & storm water due to collapse in pipes underneath house.
Calum & his plumbing team were excellent, great quality work & we always felt we were kept totally in the loop with job progress and any issues.
The Hello guys were very reliable arriving on time each day & final job clean-up was top notch.
Final price was reasonable for a pretty major job and we would definitely use them again

I rang to arrange a kitchen mixer install (with the mixer I had purchased) and was pleased with the ease of booking. I asked about pricing and was told “there is no call out as you are local and a quote will be given when the plumber arrives”.

When the plumber arrived he advised they generally do supply and install and options are $800-$1,000. Asking for just install (which I advised in the booking) the cost was still over $500. I did not proceed with the quote.

Sean arrived on time and was very friendly. He figured out the problem we had and offered tailored solutions and explained why we had problems with our shower. He was very friendly and fixed our plumbing problems swiftly and we can now enjoy using our shower again. We would definitely recommend using for a friendly service and getting the job done. Did not show us the results of their proposed job assessment, did not respond to our email showing photos and our further enquiries and did not provide a written quote for a proposed job. Hello Plumber was referred to us by a neighbour (a single older woman) that was also not furnished with an itemised quote and had foolishly agreed to fix one job that morphed into several extra jobs with a ridiculously inflated verbal bill. Really bad and has left a bad reputation on this business amongst many people in this street.

Excellent service - Lachlan went over and above and did a brilliant job and so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Best plumbing service I've ever used.

Sean was extremely professional and friendly. He checked our sink mixer unit, kitchen mini taps and hot water system. He expertly diagnosed the problem gave us a clear quote and completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. Our sink mixer now has full pressure and works perfectly. Thanks Sean you really showed us what A+ service means. I have no hesitation calling Hello Plumbing again and will be recommending to my friends and family.

We had a nice chap from Hello Plumbing swing by and fix an outdoor tap that had been leaking at our house. He was in and out within 10 minutes. Very quick and he did a great job.

Lachlan diagnosed problem with toilet and unexpectedly we had to install a completely new toilet system. He did this extremely well and cleaned all surfaces and disposed of old fittings etc. Very pleasant young man to deal with.
