I was impressed at the quick turnaround with payment made 11am Wednesday, delivered 8am Thursday. Products were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Great variety on the website, I know I will be visiting again, shortly.

Fantastic service! I live 400 klms away and they actually held the shop front open for us beyond closing so I could collect my order, thus avoiding freight (we got held up behind an accident). Very knowledgeable & accomodating when it comes to products too. Highly recommend all aspects.

Heirloom is now my go-to place for all my soaping and toiletry supplies. The website is categorised well, easy to navigate and the products have always been of high quality and reasonably priced. You do have to pay postage on any order, however it's promptly delivered (two days last time) and everything in the order is carefully wrapped and packaged. The fun bit is unwrapping everything!
