Our property manager Samantha Nordien has been absolutely fabulous in helping us to not only find a place, but answering any and every questions we’ve had, along with solving any issues promptly. Best property agent we’ve had! Very professional, helpful, honest, considerate and compassionate. Unit was cleaned throughout before moving in, we didn’t have to do very much cleaning, just move the stuff, place them and we’re home.

Georgie and Heidi have been helping me with my rental property for over two years. They are the perfect example of what you should get when you think of a property manager. Heimat went above and beyond to not only help me find a perfect home to live in, but when we had some flood damage to the carpet after 2 days in the new place, arranged to have it fixed in just 2 days!
