Ken and all the professional staff were fantastic. They handled our move without a problem and some difficult items which were very difficult were moved moved carefully and efficiently.

Excellent service. When we called for a quote they came and gave us a quote straightaway, very reasonable quote fir local moving. They accommodated us inspite of their busy schedule. 4 people and 2 trucks came and finished the job in 1.5hours. Punctual, on time even though it was raining, staff were excellent and very professional! Highly recommend.exceptional service. Will use again if I have to move.

I availed the 2-man + truck removalist service and it was great.the truck was big enough and the staff are friendly and careful with carrying and moving my stuffs which includes: fridge, TV, Bed etc. Also it is cheaper than other removalist services in Coffs.

Proffessional, respectful and efficient. Advance notice of delivery and punctual service. I would recommend to others.

The guys from Heima made their 2nd difficult delivery to me yesterday, the first one was in August. And it was hot! Not one complaint, no attitude, just courteous, professional service.
I have no hesitation in recommending Heima.

It can be frustrating enquiring about a delivery when 1/2 the time I get a voicemail message.

The guys that delivered the fridge were fantastic, however the delivery experience itself was not good at all,
I had no notification when I booked the delivery to confirm it, no notice when booked, or the day before letting me know a time window for the delivery, I still had no notice of a time frame the morning on the day of the delivery, had to wait to call Harvey Norman when they opened at 9 am, they told me they didn't know, an the most they could do was make a note for the drivers to call me when they were half an hour out, and hopefully an email with a time would be sent to me soon. 11am still no email with a time frame of delivery had to call Harvey Norman again, and they still had no idea and just said likely this afternoon. It wasn't till 12: 30pm that I got a call saying they were an hour away. I am a full-time disability carer, so I have medical emergencies that pop up at any time of the day that I need to be available for, but the fact that I wasn't even given a time so I could arrange for someone else to be home for the delivery was horrible customer service, I don't know if it was a failure on Harvey Normans side, Computer glitch, or Failure on Heimas side, but the fact that even after I raised the concern, that a solution was not made, was not ok, and all companies involved I suggest should reevaluate their policies.

Kang and his team are highly professional. Always ready and reliable, they have moved many large artworks, and always know how to pack and stack them properly. Highly recommend these guys for removals, especially precious cargo.

Delivery yesterday of goods purchased on-line at Bunnings Coffs Harbour. Gentleman from Heima Transport was very professional, on time, and even though delivery cost was $40 it was worth every cent. I received constant updates from both Bunnings and Heima Transport when delivery would take place. The delivery was a little heavy for me to move around to the side of our house through a locked gate and after I requested if he could take them straight through for me, he did so without hesitation. I am very grateful and will certainly use Heima Transport again. C. Napper, Nambucca Heads.

The team at Heima are so easy to deal with that they make just about any other business look bad! They come on time and are friendly, careful and professional at all times. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
