Tim and his team were fantastic. A professional and focused group, who were reliable and able to work through a range of issues encountered over the period of our renovation. Communication was always great, and the finished product of our studio is amazing.

Tim and his team did an extensive renovation on my terrace house. I am exceedingly happy with the result and the process throughout. I was kept in the loop the whole way through and we worked really well together. Tim was a perfectionist, extremely reliable and no question from me was too small or silly (of which there were many)! The quality of the work was spectacular and the teams that he used for electrics, plumbing and painting were excellent. Can’t recommend Heilbronn Building enough.

We lived at home during the renovation with our three little kids, and I worked from home too - Tim was really tidy and respectful of our family.

Tim was very helpful when we were doing our renovation. Started when we were thinking of selling our house. We had to go overseas and he was willing to inspect the place identified the works before we even met n liaised with our agent to get access.

He was creative in solving issues of our property. In the end the result was fantastic n we achieved a great price for our property.

Tim has completed works on two occasions for me. Tim’s work has always been exceptional. He has a strong attention to detail, he oversees all work by his trades, leaving nothing to chance. He is very thorough and quick to rectify any slight imperfections. He worked quickly and delivered the job according to his original estimate of timeframe and cost, keeping my home very clean during the works.

Tim is a very competent builder and delivers projects to clients with great communication and great finishes. As a structural engineer whom has assisted Tim on larger jobs his ability to adjust his works to accommodate unforseen circumstances common in some of the older premises he specialises in is a testament to his capabilities. 5.
