Heffron have been very responsive during the set-up of our SMSF. Nicole in particular has been very helpful, friendly and professional. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Heffron.
Edit 06.11 i think my 1 star got their attention as I received a call today.will continue to update as the process goes on.poor customer service.does not get back to you even thou they came highly recommended. We were not available to talk when they called due to unexpected increase in customers and asked to reschedule.they never did even after we emailed to follow up.
