Did not realise we will be getting the car we want as quick as that. Mandeep was so accommodating and helped us organise everything.

Poor servicing. In their servicing report they advised breakpads to be replaced on the next scheduled servicing but 9km and one month to the servicing date, the breakpads were gone and the break rotors had also be replaced! This not only posed safety risk while driving it also added $500 extra cost, something that could be avoided by providing better advice. There was no compensation or even acknowledgement offered.

My husband and I just purchased our first new car! The team were excellent with dealing with paperwork, set up and the handover! Special mention to Mandeep for being so patient with us through the whole process. He made sure to keep us up to date during the waiting period and answered all our questions:)

My wife and I picked up our new car today. Salesman Kadir waited till late in the afternoon for us to arrive. Very professional service from start to finish, nothing was a problem for him.

Never buy cars from Kia specially from castle hill. Worst service ever! Bought Kia Sorrento GT Line 2021 for $67k and had gearbox issues. Car keeps stalling. Took it to Kia castle hill and they cannot even look at it until next year. Now I don’t have a car to drive after spending a huge amount. Will never buy Kia again!
