Discussed a deal on a used car over the phone. Was persuaded to come and look at the Car. I was very apprehensive after experiences with other patronising, less than up front dealers. Found Sam, Geoff and Rahul to be very straightforward, stuck to what had been discussed with no hidden charges. Part exchange price was as discussed and the deal was fair. They were very helpful without being at all pushy, doing everything I asked and were friendly and respectful. They even found me a better insurance deal. The car is fantastic, beautifully presented and even better than advertised. I would definitely do business with them again after this experience.

There is an old Latin saying that applies to some of Heartland Penrith's used vehicles on offer; "caveat emptor".

I regret going here spent 26 thousand on a car not even a week later it has problems took it back and they refuse to even give us another car or a refund I should of read the reviews now a caution light is on and they said it’s booked into Mitsubishi on the 23rd yeah yeah can’t even answer calls or messages one says one thing another says another I would definitely stay clear of these people

Be AWARE I paid a $500 holding deposit on a car so could come down from Central Coast to Penrith to inspect. I was told by Geoff this was fully refundable. I decided not to buy the car and it has been 2 weeks now and still waiting for money to be refunded. I have made 3 phone calls to Geoff, Sam and accounts. No appologies and still no refund.

I would not go there. People are very nice. But haven’t even had the car for a year and nothing but problems first the back diff went know the transmission gone. Not happy

The service and quality of care was definitely of a high standard. Found the sales staff especially Geoffrey and Jan to be pleasant and professional. A very good experience when buying my car.

Now the Heartland Motor Group and selling new Chinese built MGs. Genuine sales service, no high pressure, just really easy to deal with.
I finished up buying the MG HS PHEV. I was initially interested in the Kia Niro PHEV and went to have a look at the MG as a way of comparison and my evaluation came to the conclusion that the MG was a better vehicle. You do not get a 7 year warranty on a badly built vehicle.

Service my mums mg3, no plastic was when sitting on the seats, blaming covid for lack of service,
My mums car interior is discusting now
No call for taxi, no assistance for mum at all.
Mums interior is now damaged with stains
Worst service.

All went smoothly with transaction which was all via phone and online and during Christmas period.

Very rude lady at service reception, hung up on me while trying to book a service. Having moved to Penrith I had thought this would be my new service centre for my SSV Redline. NOPE! I can see why the place has bad reviews now.
