This is a beautiful yoga studio with a great set of teachers and classes, plus loads of fun workshops to choose from!

Such a warm and welcoming space to be in. I love the easy-going nature of everyone who comes to the studio, both teachers and students. There’s a great variety of classes, including sound. Bianca has created a really special place here.

Heart and Soul Yoga is my PEACE. Bianca and her amazing team of instructors has really created a vibe that's safe, fun and super welcoming. If you ever felt a nudge to give yoga a go and felt unsure if it's for you, I suggest going! You will be welcomed with love here.

Heart and Soul is such an amazing sunlit studio. As soon as I enter the room I feel calm and peaceful. Everyone that I have met are so friendly. Bianca's sound class is so beautiful, the sound bowls and her voice combined is so soothing and healing.

I treated myself to Bianca's Vinyasa and Sound Meditation class and what a treat it was. The perfect combination of movement and sound, I was taken on a beautiful journey. I walked away, feeling strong and relaxed. The crystal bowls are really something else. The vibrations I felt were profound and deep. Bianca has the voice of an angel. Bianca and Heart and Soul are one of a kind. Thank you for the mid-week magic!?

I really appreciate the community of tranquillity and calmness created at Heart and Soul Yoga.
We all seem to have such busy lives now, so stepping into this ‘sanctuary’ is always a pleasure. The teachers are excellent and create a zen like atmosphere in each class. Thank you H&S!

Bianca at Heart and Soul Yoga always creates a calming and welcoming environment. I always feel so Zen when leaving her yoga classes. They offer sound meditation which i tried for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt after! They create an amazing sense of community with their customers and I can’t recommend them enough ️

Heart and Soul, is a sanctuary. A safe place where there is no judgement. A safe haven where you can grow, strengthen, and be nourished by the teachings of Bianca and her team. There are yoga studios and there is Heart & Soul. I have enjoyed a few yoga studios in Sydney but nothing compares to the warm inviting atmosphere of Heart & Soul. Bianca is a loving and nurturing teacher with an amazing talent on the singing bowls. The energy that you feel at the end of the session leaves you feeling totally uplifted and energized. This yoga studio, and all of the wonderful teachers cater to each and every ability.

What a beautiful, friendly, happy place this is…. Such a lovely space and each teacher is so special in their own wonderful way.

There are a great variety of classes available and all abilities are always welcome. Not only is the yoga fantastic but the sound meditation just has to be experienced ️

An amazing place! Bianca creates a divine, healing & beautiful experience every class, with singing, music & a lovely practise in a relaxed, fun & nurturing atmosphere. The yoga teachers all obviously love what they do, with various styles that cater to all needs & abilities. So good!

Biancas classes at heart and soul yoga in Cronulla are so good, I would definitely recommend trying them, she gives so much more than a regular yoga class, she utilities sounds therapy such as sing bowls and instruments and you walk out feeling amazing

I've been attending Yoga with Bianca at this beautiful studio for a few months and loving it for the Vinyasa sessions, the Yin sessions and especially the sound bath for healing at the completion of each session its uplifting my energy, increasing my strength and friendly.
Very much recommended.

Jayne, our Singer and Guitarist has a professional relationship with Bianca, who is also a Singer. If this lady "can do" in a Yoga Studio, as she does on stage, right? Expect to be totally satisfied with the dedication, passion and personal service this "pocket rocket" delivers!
