I have been a patient of Dr Nicolaou for more than 10 years. Every time I saw him in consultation, he spoke to me clearly and patiently answering all questions in a way that the answers were easily understood by me.i also had endoscopic procedures and on the day Dr Nicolaou and his anaesthetist were highly professional and made me feel at ease. The nursing and secretarial staff were very good I highly recommend Dr Nicolaou's service at Healthwoods Endoscopy Centre

I am 40 years old and I had my first gastroscopy and colonoscopy last week with Dr Tasos Nicolaou, after he came highly recommended to me by my brother as well as my GP.
I am not a person who likes to see a doctor often but after having stomach pains for quite some time I decided to go.
I was very nervous about the process but after speaking with Dr Nicolaou and him explaining everything to me from start to finish, I was much more relaxed and at ease, especially after seeing how confident he is in his work. That was a massive plus for me.
Apart from this all the staff were lovely, caring and professional and evidently I was worried about nothing.
Thank you to Dr Nicolaou in particular and to all the staff at Healthwoods Endoscopy Centre, I can't recommend you guys highly enough. 5 stars!

I came to do my procedure today. I was very nervous and scared as the doctor said they were going to be me to sleep. However, my fear was quickly resolved by the exceptional customer service of Tracy and Mia. They were very patient and kind with me. They took their time and they explained to me the progress of the procedure. Then the RN nurse, Khanh came and took me inside to do the paperwork. He was very gentle when doing the health check. I also met nurse Jimmy, he was checking up on me especially after my procedure. He was ensuring that I was happy with the procedure and feel comfortable with my stay. Thank you Healthwoods staffs, you are amazing!

This place is fantastic. The whole experience including the reception staff interactions, the caring nurses and Dr Nicolaou whom obviously is at the top of this field in Australia provide 10/10 service.

Dr Nicolaou is straight to the point and his experience speaks for itself. I would highly recommend his services to anybody requiring a gastroenterologist to pay him a visit and you will not be disappointed with the service provided.

I have been attending this centre since 2016, however more often recently. I have been under the care of Dr Nicolaou. I must say, Dr Nicolaou has changed my life for the better. He is one of the most caring doctors I have consulted and has been available to answer any questions both after hours and also while he was overseas. To date, i have been very happy with the treatment provided by Dr Nicolaou, the constant follow ups and the management of the disease. On a different note, the ladies at reception have also been a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend this centre, in particular, Dr Nicolaou to my friends, family and colleagues.

I recently took my uncle for a gaestroentorological assessment. Dr Nicolaou was the treating and assessing specialist who from the beginning was highly professional and comforting to my uncles needs during the assessment. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant during the whole process. This includes all staff from downstairs and the nursing staff upstairs. I highly recommend Dr Nicolaou and Healthwoods endoscopy centre very professional and caring process that made this all very easy for the family.

The staff and level of customer service was very good. Everyone was very considerate and respectful. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff in the theatre room before my procedure started as it put my nerves at ease.

I came there for consultations and the doctor was late more than an hour, both times, then he quckly said what I need to do wìthout even listening what I have to say about my simptoms and send me out of his office in 5 seconds. The next time I came he said if the medication is not helping, he doesn't know what to do. I will nevet go there again, the doctor is a danger for people.

Not happy. Admin staff are sre not busy but not helping with people paperwork. Terrible customer service.

Dr Kordian, Dr Nicolaou and the staff at Healthwoods are very professional and very caring at the same time. Highly recommend Healthwoods.

Not impressed with this Dr. Tady Kordian (Consultant Gastro), even after follow up, doctor is not keen to respond or get back to patient.

Had a pleasant experience all round. The reception staff were professional and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Dr. Tasos was clear in his explanation of the procedure and helpful when I had questions both pre and post examination.

On day of examination, everything was very professional and organised. The attending staff after the procedure were particularly friendly and helpful.

I have a very positive experience from this surgery. My doctor and anesthetist were great and staff caring and polite.

I had the best experience today at Healthwoods Endoscopy Centre. All the staff, nurses, anaesthetist, Dr Hank, went above and beyond with their good service and care. The ambience (especially the purple curtains) and clean surrounding made my stay there a lot better (I am not keen on hospital settings due to trauma). Kudos to you all and thank you so much for the wonderful service you all have given me.

Just finished consultation with Dr. T Nicolous very rude. Did not let me explain the situation on behalf of my mom and kept pestering my poor mom with his rude tone that he ended up getting the whole thing wrong because he wouldn't hear a word from me. Im surprised he's even practising because he clearly doesn't like his job.

Just had my day surgery done with Dr Tady Kordian and I fully recommend his services, from my initial consultation through the actual day of surgery his exceptional customer service and professionalism was always there. All of his staff on his Granville clinic was really friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help during my surgery.
