I come in here yesterday to drop off some prescriptions and when I realised that I had to see one of the doctors at my GP practice today before getting it the pharmacist was more then happy to hold onto this medication for me until I come back and thankfully I seen the GP Registrar this morning and yes he changed the medication but also has asked me to still get the original prescription filled to keep on hand,

I come into get the new medication filled for two skin infections and the young lady from yesterday and Luca the pharmacist was helpful and friendly and had the medications ready for me when I come back from having lunch, I thank them so very much for their time and assistance today and I will be back again in the future,

They can help and have C. Pap Machines, Equipment and will give Advice. I had a hole in Breathing Tube and had to get a new one. They were very nice and helpful.

Dreadful service and don’t know how to help people with disability. Especially when lifesaving medication was needed.
Laughed at me when I said I felt terrible after they asked how I was.

The service I received from the pharmacist today was second to none. I was amazed at how great he was and he went above and beyond. This is why I am writing a review. You just don’t get assistance like this anymore and it deserves to be mentioned. Thank you

Always friendly staff. Brady is happy to discuss scripts with you, diabetic so have always open with advice to manage this.

An uncomfortable and unnecessary experience here today. The POS was having issues. When I checked out (just a wax product for $9.99!) the eftpos terminal processed my card and said ‘approved’ on the screen, and PRINTED A RECEIPT.

However I was asked to pay again at another terminal as it didn’t show up on their Point of Sale. When I politely explained that my card would have been charged as the EFT is a seperate system to the POS and it appears the issue was that they weren’t speaking to each other, I was treated rudely, asked loudly to stand aside and told I was not allowed to leave the store while the service lady got a manager. The manager looked at the receipt and then demanded to see my banking app to see if it had went through.

On principal I said no.

It was concerning that neither the staff member could simply say ‘our apologies but our system isn’t speaking to each, could we please just double check your online app’.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. They have a great range of products and gift lines

Brady is one of the best Pharmacists that I have ever dealt with. Lots of knowledge and always goes above what is expected. The team is always very helpful.

I would rate this a no star if it was an option. The staff were rude and untrained in customer service. I will not be shopping here ever again. There are a few really nice chemist's at Charlestown square, only went here because I needed to go to the key cutting shop.

+ I have absolute confidence in the care of the pharmacists & assistants in this chemist! Brady has looked after my family‍‍‍ in more ways than I can count; from valuable prescription advice, ️? Medication recommendations, Webster packs & flu shots ️? Always a friendly welcome & awesome customer care! ️

Realy do I have to sit at my favourit coffee club and listen to a recording, it would be great if you give us a break.

Staff were great. Shop was not busy at all, even though centre was busy. Got my script very quickly.

The staff here are so helpful and also a huge range of products, pharmacist Brady has always been one of the reasons that i chose this chemist as he has always taken time to help myself and my children and now my grandchildren in the best choice of medication for our needs.

The pharmacist here is tops, he knows his stuff and he's not patronizing like so many others are, the girls are friendly and helpful as well.
