Wow! No idea what black magic Martina uses but the results are impressive! After months of pain I finally went to see Marina after a strong recommendation from my brother. A few sessions and I'm walking again. Thoroughly recommend.

Beyond amazing. I initially went in thinking I needed a chiropractic adjustment for my lower back pain, but I ended up going back for NET sessions - which paradoxically not only completely fixed my back issue from a more holistic approach, but just as significantly, immensely helped me in resolving some other challenges I was going through. Andrew is lovely, and Martina is incredible. I'd give 10 stars if I could.:)

I haven't needed to see a chiropractor in a few years, but recently went back to Martina and felt instantly at home! She is a wizard at fixing neck and back ailments. And a lovely bedside manner. 5 stars.

Apart from a friendly, professional clinic, easy to find just off Military Road, Health in the Bay has a terrific chiropractor in Martina Hambly. Her skill has been invaluable in supporting me with physical issues, some long term and some acute. My case involves PTSD among other symptoms and Martina’s work offers stand alone therapy and treatments that complement my other therapies. Highly recommended.

Health in the bay provide and awesome service and have really high quality practitioners. I like that they genuinely care about my health outcomes and aren't just trying to get me to come back for another visit.

For the last 2 years have been suffering from really bad anxiety due to a lot of stress and this results in acne, heart-palpitations, racing thoughts, twitching muscles etc. It was my first time trying acupuncture and I was quite resistant to it. I had finally had enough of feeling like this so I had my first treatment with Ann and I was absolutely astounded with the results. Immediately afterwards my body was so relaxed, my mind clearer and this morning my skin is visibly clearer and less inflamed. Ann is so attentive, studied my symptoms and gave me a diagnosis that made so much sense and truly found the root to my problem rather than advising me to cover it up with medications. Just like anything it is not a one-time fix but it is worth investing in continuous treatments if you really want to change your life. I can 100% recommend anyone suffering from a continuous problem be it physical or emotional - give acupuncture a try!

As my five stars say - I loved it! Our family has been looking for a natural health clinic since moving to Sydney, and there it was on our doorstep in Neutral Bay all along.

We now see the Naturopath and Acupuncturist at Health In The Bay as our first port of call for all our health needs. I think they also have a Chiropractor, Massage and other therapists there too.

Martina was great - she took a really holistic approach to my back pain. We explored solutions and causes rather than just treatment.

PS I also got cosmetic acupuncture to reduce the frown lines between my eyes from Lucas. It lasts longer and is so much less invasive and chemical than Botox.

I have been to Encompass Health for a few weeks now and nothing impresses me more than the attitude that they have towards to the people they look after. These guys do an awesome job and really care about your health and wellbeing.

These guys really know their stuff. The Chiropractor there is extremely knowledgable and truly cares about the people that come in. It is a very relaxed atmosphere that is a real pleasure to visit. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a different and wholistic approach.

Very pleased with my visits to Health in the Bay. Warm and friendly staff, timely appointment. The Chiropractor seemed incredibly knowledgeable, took her time with me and gave me some home exercises to strengthen my problem areas. Also have had some experience with NET which i found fascinating and would love to explore further.no hesitation in recommending!
