Heal Specialist Urgent Care

For the very first time on Sunday my husband Warren had reason to visit Heal. The service was amazing, he was attended to immediately Dr was so.pleasant and helpful and we were out in less than an hour.
This included a pathology test, certainly beats sitting in emergency for hours. Thank you to the amazing staff.

I went to heal at east maitland on friday. I paid The $295 consultation fee for a leg laceration and was seen straight away and stitched up, In and out of there within 1 hour. I will happily pay the fee everytime me or my family need urgent medical care. The nurses and dr's are very professional, knowledgable and extreamly friendly. I highly reconmend this service to anyone that is in need of urgent medical care.

My son Tom broke his arm and Heal looked after him incredibly well. Pain relief, X-ray, plaster cast and specialist referral within 30 minutes. All at 8pm on a Saturday night too.

Attended for an infusion. Staff from front Reception, to Nurses & Doctors were professional, informative and caring. Facility is fresh, clean and comfortable.

Caring staff, lovely doctors, amazing facilities. I was seen to quickly and my issue was thankfully sorted out with follow-up contact the next day. I highly recommend this service.

Prioritised care with caring staff. We will absolutely be using Heal in the future when urgent care is required without a hospital admission. Sure beats the 12-24 hour wait in the ED!

The only downside to this (and it has nothing to do with Heal) is that our public health system has failed the Hunter region and to be seen and treated in a timely manner is a private service.

I took my dad to this clinic recently, I am blown away at the level of care from the staff. Chelsea at the front desk was genuinely caring and kind, Nurse luka and Doctor Katie were amazing. He had bloods, CT scan, scripts and wound dressing done and a plan to his care the same day. So very thankful we did not need to attend emergency. Can’t recommend this clinic enough, very happy to pay for this level of care over and over.

Heal Urgent Care at Maitland were incredible. My son injured himself and was in need of medical attention. We were triaged, had seen a Registered Nurse, sent for an x-ray, reviewed, seen by a doctor, then referred to an orthopaedic surgeon for surgery, with a cast put on all within 1.5hrs. An amazing service offered to the public. Special thanks for Reece, Jamie and Dr Jen for caring for my son. Also Nico, the concierge, who is an absolute delight. Well done guys!

I am so impressed with this service. My 3 year old came down sick late in the afternoon and there were no available appointments at any of our local GP's. Urgent care Newcastle could fit us in before they closed. All of their staff are wonderful. The receptionist, nurses and the doctor were all so kind and caring and made my daughter feel so comfortable. It is the most relaxed I've ever seen her at the doctors (she even asked if we could go back the next day because they gave her a small fidget toy and an ice block and she said she'd had fun!). I received a follow up text the next day. The facilities were all clean and comfortable. I highly recommended this service.
