Excellent care. Staff were exceptional in their care and customer service and all genuinely lovely people making what could have been a stressful experience (child getting stitches) as smooth as could be.

HEAL will be first port of call for emergency care should the need arise. $295 easily worth the immediate care and takes pressure of big hospitals who are dealing with major medical issues.

Our experience with Heal was exceptional! We arrived very late on a Friday afternoon with our 2yr old son who had a laceration to his forehead. The staff were professional, friendly and continued to stay back after closing in order for him to be treated. We were out all within 1.5 hr, which saved us many hours waiting at hospital. We couldn’t recommend this service more highly!

Staff are welcoming, understanding and reassuring. Process was very quick, we were in and out in approximately one hour. Great alternative to avoid emergency department when GPS are unavailable. A lot of services available in the one location. Would definitely recommend.

Went on Sunday afternoon granddaughter fell at ice ring staff unbelievable sooo friendly and efficient in X-ray and out in no time highly recommended

We were taken here as we are visitors to Newcastle.on entering Heal reception we were treated at the highest level we were both in a state of shock as my wife had a cut on her head being hit by the boot door. We could not express our gratitude enough all staff were so helpful friendly and reassuring wished we had a medical provider like this at home

I can highly recommend Heal Urgent care. I was in and out within an hour which included an X-ray. The team were extremely amazing and not only looked after me but my husband as well offering him coffee and he was allowed to stay with me the whole time. Seen straight away by a nurse and doctor. Wrist xrayed and plastered soon after that. Whole process was smooth and great customer service.

I took my son in to Heal Urgent Care late on a Friday afternoon, with some respiratory issues. The service we received was excellent. Staff were attentive & knowledgeable and we were in and out in under two hours. Dr Tim called us the next day to check in on my son. We were so impressed and well cared for, and would definitely recommend Heal for anyone who needs urgent medical care.

I can not recommend this place enough. I recently went in on a public holiday with my 4 year old who had just sustained a decent head injury requiring emergency care. I didn't want to face the long ques at the public hospital. She was seen to quickly, and everyones needs were completely taken care of. Worth every penny. She needed 4 stitches that day. They are great with kids. The facility itself is amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

When I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular GP, I took my 5 year old son to HEAL. He was very distressed and unwell, but as soon as we arrived we were surrounded by wonderful professionals who took care of him.
