Dr John is extremely rude and should not be allowed to have patients! This place claims to be inclusive but he deliberately deadnamed, misgendered and made fun of my partner for their choice of name. He also dismissed my partner's concerns of having Schizophrenia and gave them anti depressants that sent them into a state of Psychosis. We are now pursuing proper treatment elsewhere. Avoid Dr John by all means!

Incredibly friendly staff, good sized and comfortable rooms to chat and tidy throughout. Inviting reception and neat waiting room. Just be aware that parking along Atchison Street is *paid* in both directions between (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm & Sat 8.30am-12.30pm).

Been a client of Headspace for 4+ years now and they've been nothing but excellent and inviting.
I use most of their services and have found their counsellors and psychologists to be a massive help and very caring, as well as their case workers and GPs.
Recently started seeing their Psychiatrist who seems quite conservative in his practice but he has a good heart and knows what he's doing. The GPs also seem quite conservative in their practice but also quite holistic and they have their heart in the right place and know what they are doing.
The receptionists and community engagement officer (and team) are also absolutely amazing and do a wonderful job.
