4 Terrible phone service and booking system. No confirmation text or email and an unqualified receptionist who cannot listen. She was not rude I don’t know if it’s the phone or if she has hearing issues but they need to get that fixed before they send out the wrong appointment again.
Do these people not know how stressful it is to be waiting weeks for our appointment only to discover it’s been booked on the wrong day and clashes with work or school because the receptionist misheard them. And then have to reschedule 2 weeks later.

My talker (phone) is very sensitive.
I'd say unreliable. (iv tryed shaking it) call didn't connect.

Been with Headspace Liverpool for over a year now and I'm still going! I love everyone there and they will always do their best in prioritising their clients!
