3 Been emailing them since last year wanting an appointment and waiting for a phone consultation. They said to standby and wait for someone to call but soon but it’s been almost two months and nothing. They’ve also stopped responding to my emails to help me….

Cant praise highly enough of staff Mariah and Jolene today at Headspace Bankstown. They are so professional and friendly and restored my faith in humanity, as navigating the mental health sector for my daughter can often feel lonely and daunting. Staff at Bankstown Headspace go out of their way to show kindness, compassion and care. Well done to the team.
Headspace Bankstown, a wonderful support service for youth mental health. Free. Reliable. And they have your back. The staff are absolutely friendly and are there to support you.
