Head Spa

The worst keratin treatment I have ever had as the product was not distributed evenly throughout my hair and the roots. My roots are curly and my ends are straight. I have called and emailed photos to Queenie and Michelle and I have received no response. This happened on the 16th December, still waiting. Do not recommend.

Below is my review from 8 months ago. I gavr Head Spa 5 stars.but I wouls just give thrm 1 star now after my second treatment. Product used this time was absolutely a different thing. Smell different. Changed my hair colour. Even after the wash and straightrning my hair I could straight away see that my hair wasn't straight or even that soft feeling! Not happy at all.what happrned to that product you used first time?

I first attended this salon around three months ago and was very happy with the results. Now back for a second time. Easy to book with lots of time options to suit your schedule. I find the price economical compared to quotes from other places.

Very friendly staff and had a great experience with the Keratin treatment.

Hair went fizzy after 2 weeks. Stylist was late and lied to my face saying treatment usually costs $400. Half way through my treatment someone else came in with no voucher and was quoted same price I paid. Parramatta location was a nightmare to find and neither the salon or the head office answered my calls at the appointment time when no-one was there.

I have done my keratin treatment here are Parramatta branch. Am very happy with their service.

Got a voucher from Groupon after reading positive.reviews. Went to the one in Parramatta. Painful experience. I didn't get her name which I wish I did, but she is Persian with blonde higights. The lady didn't seem very professional (her demeanor), was pulling my hair really hard with the hair straightener, I asker her if it's meant to hurt and she said yes so I tried to bear it and not complain, but it was hard. Teared up a few times. I got my friend to buy a voucher as well before I went, and she told me she had a different lady and her experience was not painful at all. Also she had thicker and longer hair then me and I was charged more, so beware. I've tried contacting them through website and phone, got no response. Also it's been a month And my hair is back to it's wavy self even though I'm using the special shampoo and conditioner and wash my hair once every 3/4 days. So I'm very disappointed with my experience as I was happy to find somewhere cheap and is vegan. Spend more money elsewhere it will save you more in the long run

Have booked this Keratin treatment for the second time at Head Spa because I really liked the staff and my hair treatment the first time. The reason why I am happy with is the good hair product. That’s why all of my friends recommended me Headspa.

I've got my keratin treatment in Parramatta and ended up with read, ichy and irritated scalp. Unfortunately, can't attach the pictures here.
It wasn't my first keratin treatment, I regularly bleach and colour my hair and never had any problems.
It was just scaring. I even had to see my dermatologist to make sure my skin was fine. The worst experience ever.

AWFUL.customer service, product quality
I did keratin treatment in Head spa parramatta and the results of the product, changed my hair color from ash blond highlights to extreme yellow and frizzy hair.
I shared my experience with Grace Mayang, one of them but she just said: tone your hair and for the frizzy hair, blow drying you hair

I had a lovely day at head spa paramata. Having a keratene treatment. Lovely staff and very friendly. My hair feels smooth and silky after the treatment.

I had an excellent experience today when visiting head Spa Parramatta. The staff were super friendly and accommodated my every request (even to use the toilet facility!). I would definitely recommend this hair shop as its tucked away but the service is 5 stars!
