8There are puddles at few places even though there was no reason for last days. Snake spotted near the cricket nets so be watchful when you're kids are playing.
Good pitch, lights were not strong enough for night games. Plenty of parking, toilets and change room
Nice, well maintained local park with a small playground and a soccer field / cricket ground.
A woman and a man brought a dog to the playground area when it's not allowed near the playground. Could hurt children.
The ground has short boundaries. If you hit the ball on one end, you are gonna lose the ball. Be ready many balls, as you will not be able to get the ball even if it rolls under the fence on the downhill. The ground has a wash room, one cricket nets and kids play area.
Tremendous walking track through quiet bushland just behind the oval. A nice view from the oval too. Truly delightful
Cosy pitch, nice little club amenities and the North Rocks boys sure can BBQ on game day. Loses one star for having just a small carpark.
Hazel Ryan Oval is a great place for just about anything. But just after rain, it isn't good for much, particularly sports.
