I had an emergency issue (water damage) over Christmas with my driveway.

Called and spoke to Hassan. He understood the issue right away and came out to firstly make safe for my family and then fix the job properly. An absolute gentleman and really appreciated his work and advice on best way forward to ensure issue does not reoccur.

Hassan did our landscaping. We were happy with the work, but more than that, is a pleasure to deal with. Returns phone calls, attends when asked / promised and finishes the job. Not the same as other builders!

We engaged Haytch Paving & Construction to renovate our backyard, removing turf and replace with paving tiles of nearly 75 sq mt area of space. Hassan of Haytch was very meticulous in explaing the steps of renovation and time frame for each stage while providing us a very competetive quote. The job was completed to our utmost satisfaction and Haytch was very professional in every aspect of delivery. We can recommend Haytch for any prospective customer. We hired Haytch to lay outdoor pavers and seal with an appropriate sealer. We have had a lot of wet weather so the project missed the expected deadline, we were dissappointed but understanding. But.when he could come back to finish the job he didn't, sick to death of wasting weekends waiting for him we called him out - which he didn't like.
The biggest issue now is the wrong sealer has been used - a cheap alternative specifically for concrete that sits on top of the stone and makes it incredibly slippery when used on natural stone. We knew the sealer was wrong straight away because it was so slippery but when we brought this up he told fuphies and dimissed our worries - when we called him out he refused to come backl!

We have now had to get quotes to finish the job and fix what they have done wrong. These quotes are coming back at over $10000. This sealer needs to removed - expanision joints need to be added, silicone completed, pool tiles that have been broken in the process of laying pavers fixed so we can actually use the pool this summer!

We have paid for 95% of the work and gotten only 50% of the job done - yes we were stupid!

We Have not worked with Hass or his team at this current moment, however we will be in the near future, Hass was very informative and has guided us on the phone through the options that will suit our Style of paving installation, I was very impressed by his service on the phone and willingness to help therefore will be recommending and using his services!

Disgraceful. Conducted works in the middle of the night on a week day... Jack hammering etc in a residential street. No possibility for residents to get any sleep. These were non-emergency works that could have been conducted on the weekend. Uncivilised staff who were incapable of speaking to and listening to residents' distress. Absolutely no consideration for residents. Failed on every level.
