Hays - Recruitment Agency Newcastle reviews
13The team at Hays have been amazing, especially Terri who I couldn't thank enough for this great opportunity in my new role and would highly recommend this company and team for their professionalism and support throughout all the stages of finding me a new job.
I was contacted within days of applying for a position and started the following week. Although it is a contract job, I can earn money whilst still looking for something permanent.
The staff at Hays are amazing and so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more impressed.
I am happy to work with Hays. I found my first job in the industry through this agency. They are so friendly and helpful. Although I didn't pay as my skill set, but at that time I essentially need a role to join. Overall, I am happy with Hays.
Toby. Evans is by far the best recruitment officer that I've Worked for, he answer the phone when i call, he explains the job that I'm going to do, he's on the ball and he's probably worth more money than what you're paying him not that I know what that is
Hays was looking for someone like me. They contacted me and offered me an opportunity to apply for a postion in the AEC. I followed their advice and now I am training to become a TfF, trainig polling booth staff for the next Federal Election. Sofar so good and looking forward to the calling of the election.
The clear and written and visual basic impression, to dido weird feedback from headcount, if it doesn't fit it good standards and guidelines for the next, as complex diary and resort positions can be over flowing in attendant, and that any body can connect too and location. Hired to a team of fantastic day operations and to move to getting enrolled near events. Happening,
Very unprofessional recruitment business.
Worst customer service experience in my 30 years of HR.
They do not follow up or deliver on simple recruitment activities when given the opportunity. No follow up from office management when issues raised directly to them. Very incompetent.
Do not use this office, particularly Toby Evans.
It's really nice to work with Hays. Specially Jessica is so nice. Professional. The only problem for me No permanent/Part time shifts. Some weeks it's really busy and good but for some weeks no works. That would be awesome if they hire people as Part time workers so we don't need to worry about another job.
Staci was fantastic to work with. She communicated well and kept in touch throughout the whole recruitment process. This was not about getting "bums on seats" as it feels with some recruiters, Staci is genuine and wants the best for her clients, both ways.
My recruiter Jess @ Hays Newcastle has been extremely supportive and proactive. Especially at this time (Covid 19).
Jobs have become increasingly harder to come by however, the assignment that she has found for me has been a really good fit.
Communication, timesheets, etc are easy.
I recommend anyone looking for temp work or something more permanent invest their time with Hays Recruitment.
Apart from the fact of being ripped off and never repaid, and also a low wage when I was expecting probably double what I was paid, but all the other work was paid accordingly some of it undoubtedly due to the work more than I thought I would get.
After applying for a job I have more then enough experience for I continued to phone to speak to the recruiter and follow up on the application. Only to never have call backs and given the run around. When you have highly skilled employees ready to go immediately and to do what it takes to get a role, the service (or lack of) provided by this company is disheartening. Let alone the businesses that pay this company to recruite skilled employees! What a waste of money that would be. An absolute lack of customer service astounds me. Never in my working career in Administration and Management have I come across such poor service. And as a Manager, if my employees ever displayed such lack of attention or poor service towards clients.
I struggle to think how the people that work for this company even got the role to begin with. I would avoid this company as a potential employee and definitely as an employer.
