Very helpful. They try their best to offer a job that suits your skills and expectations. A day after my initial interview, they already have a list of positions available. I got a job in 2-3 weeks.

Racist, bullying and discrimination are all OK in the workplace. If your not blonde or English watch out. Managers don't care about people (their own staff and candidates included) just the bottom dollar. They work you to the bone, rip of candidates and over charge clients. As an Australian working at hays as an admin you will start on 40k, an English citizen working in Australia doing the exact same position will earn 60-70k. Its just not right. Some people with unique names were laughed at by managers who refused to put them forward for roles. It's disgusting.

The interviewer was 14 minutes late to see me. People walked in and out of the reception without acknowledging my presence despite being very visibly the only person there (lots of laughing and chattering behind a closed door). Promises. No action. Despite frequent calls, messages taken, still no action.

A very dedicated team which gives confidence to the candidate as is my case where I had not been interviewed for a position for over six years
