Waste of time, terrible customer service by the consultant Yara Mokhtar, very disappointing!

These recruiters usually contact me through Linkedin although it does not happen very often. I guess when things get harder they come looking, they say they were going through Linkedin looking for people and came across my details and have a job for me that's better than my current job. They are vague about its location other than the general direction in Sydney, give no info on the distances required. But want your resume sent for their file system. When you ask various questions about the advertised job they steer away from it and tell you they have other clients looking for people like me and they really need my Resume.
To put this into perspective and be frank this just seems like they are trying to collect people's details on a made up position eg advertisement that is solely used for trolling for skilled peoples details. Please wake up, if you don't have the jobs it is very easy to read that you haven't.
Stop wasting people's time and making money out of employment where clearly it can be done in a more direct easy way. That is just a well written advert by the company that wants people and put into Seek.

I never get contacted for a new job. I sent you a copy of my resume for this waterproofing job like in Mossman but never heard from you guys since.

Not Professional Approach. Consultant is always on her Holidays and another the Person responsible in place does not take responsibility. They always have excuses and blame others for their mistakes.

The recruiter was very responsible and professional. They provide tailored services and advice to your career aspiration and represent you to talk to employers to get the best right for you.

I got a job with "one of big 4 banks" through Hays. I'm about to start on monday Nov 22nd and on friday 19th COB they inform me my start date was pushed to dec 6th. This is utterly shocking as i resigned for my current job after signing the contract to start on 22nd.

Hays mailed me and it sounded very rude and unprofessional. Its basically stating " your joining date is pushed to dec 6th. " No options or no apology for delaying it abruptly. They didnt consider from my point at all. I would loose my 2 weeks of pay. For such a reputed company this is highly unacceptable.

Love being employed by hays. Always professional and best outcome for myself and employer I am with.

You guys are great, experts to the max I fully recommend this agency to anyone who wants assistance, does not matter what role you are interested in, the team are there to assist and support.

Went in to the parramatta office to sign up because I'm looking for work the consultant Natalie was so rude and discriminating very unprofessional I do not recommended this recruitment agency to anyone

Was real good DEALING with James he was very helpful always on the phone and emails etc was real good and easy to deal with can't complain recommend hays to anyone out on the field looking for work these guys do there job and are real fast and asked efficient with there information also direction

Why oh why are these people still operating? 4 interviews with 4 different people for the same so called "position". These people are unprofessional in even the basic term. Do not waste your time with these people.

Waste of time. They post jobs that are not even available. Good luck getting a reply from Emma Louise! So rude!

I’m shocked with the treatment: called for an interview and the recruitment consultant was late (Sophie Cronin) ; contacted for 1 job 1 hour from home; registered for more than 7 months with no real job’s offer; 6 months after registration sent to a 10 minutes interview where the employer clearly wasn’t looking for candidates with my work experience (obviously I was “sent to fill in”) ; several, several emails and phone calls to follow up on “job’s mentions” without any response (I usually return missed calls on my phone) ; and “the show” is non-stop. What puzzles me is the impunity with which these people operate as if we are not persons, as if they don’t get paid for using us or, ultimately, employ us. Appalling.

Waste of time. Just another scam in the recruitment industry. You will never find a real opportunity here. They are always misleading. I think this is useless

I have met Lisa Craddock there, no employment opportunity from their end. I think they are just wasting people time by inviting them over so that they have soemthing to do.

Hays has been the only agency that has followed up with my job enquiries. Katy found me a position where I can grow in the industry. She has followed up since my employment which is appreciated so I know where I stand in my employment

This company obviously discriminates big time because i am qualified for the jobs i apply for through these people and every single tine they reject me via email. No interview, no phone calls. I've had it with these snobs.

Wasting my time there! Was applied the job advertised through Hays. Was urge to meet delivery manager urgently but after initial interview no news had been heard ever since! Manager more interested hiring UK nationals for cheap contractor than Australian Citizen/ PR. Nice work elizabethh
