Very helpful staff. Lots of good information about the town and surroundings here. Made use of the free bikes to have a look at the Murrumbidgee in Hay. There are some good bikes tracks along the north side of the river, and some interesting bush tracks on the south.

Outstanding service for locals and visitors alike. Hay is a great place to stay. Cold beer, good food and great company. A must place to visit.

Didn't actually go inside as it was the start of a street march. Did tune up my pipe band behind it and it was a very nice car park with good shade. Building looked great. Would tune here again.

Great source of information on things to do in the area. They also have free bikes to hire to explore Hay.

Lovely service and helpful advice on everything Hay and what Hay have to offer. I ducked in later like 10min before closing to grab some souvenirs, I was greeted with a smile and the lady proceeded to help me choose some presents and even helped me with information about the region. Not once did she make me feel like I annoyed her and put her out. I am very grateful to the staff as they made things so much easier for me in what i needed to do. I would recommend visiting here first as they will assist you to access the hidden gems within Hay.

We have came to Hay on a couple of occasions. The information centre the ladies were very helpful we were staying at the free camp by the river and they allowed us to charge our phones and camera in the staff room as we had no power. Unfortunately the last time we came to hay the water spot was washed out and unable to stay there so we stayed at big 4 instead. Love getting picturesque sunset photos at the viewing area. Love the new splash park

Excellent. Not only were the ladies there were very helpful in plotting a safe alternative route home for us due to the floods, but were also able to suggest some great tourist stops along the way. Thank you!

Amazing service. Cant remember the name of the lady who works there but she is an absolute gem. Helped me out when she didn't have to during the Mardi gras, can't thank her enough!

Visitors centre was fabulous. Filtered water to fill up available, toilets very clean and very friendly staff. The town of Hay was lovely, very historic, very friendly atmosphere. Not a great town if your travelling with a dog though. Locals simply don't believe in putting their dogs on leads (even in the middle of town) and our on-leash dog was charged and attacked on two seperate occasions over two days while here.

Very helpful tourist information in Hay. Free wifi, $2 hot showers and free bike hire to explore the town or head out to Sandy Point and it's bike track along the river which is recommended. If only all tourist information offices could be as good as Hay's!

Central located in the main Street of Hay, the info centre has toilets, showers ($2), water and free WiFi (not very fast). They have an indoor sitting area where you can eat or work.

Couldn't of asked for nicer people, thank you for our chat this morning.

The bathroom facilities are clean, even has a parents room, shower has rails for disabled patrons $2, free Wifi, push bikes, drinking water available too.

Try and spend some money in the town before you go but if you don't then make sure you let others know about "Hay" New South Wales.

Always informative and lots of information about the area. Finding out road conditions is no trouble at all. I love the collection of souvenirs, many locally made.

Excellent little information centre. Toilets and showers (for a minimal fee) Great for a quick refresher on the way through or find something to do if staying a little longer.
