Hawkesbury Visitor Information Centre reviews
11I visited on Sunday 14th May around lunchtime. We were assisted by a young woman and I would like to compliment her on her p rofessional, enthusiastic and helpful advice.
Wow very good service and very professional and friendly staffed very knowledgeable able the local area.
Arrived 4pm on Saturday. Staff had switched off computers and were heading home BUT Debbie was amazing! She reopened the door for us; powered up her computer and insisted on helping us with grace and professionalism. Thank you so much Debbie. We were troubled about how to find our destination and you were an angel! Many thanks,
Helen & Charles Brewer
For all visits to the Hawkesbury be sure to pop in and chat to the lovely ladies at the information centre. They are a wealth of knowledge. There are plenty of maps and brochures available and you can even buy some fabulous local products. Excellent service and very friendly. There is also a gated playground and a very good pie shop next door. If you're lucky, you might spot some magnificent RAAF aircrafts taking off across the road!
The best around as penrith is hopeless no parking cant find dissable parking always full no parking for caravanners for travelers and vistors you can't beet hawkesbury visitors center and so obliging they are excellent wit help and information its no trouble to them
I went to the centre to purchase Kriss Kringle gifts for work. I was looking for reasonably priced local products. The lady there was helpful and friendly. I noticed that there were a range of smaller priced gifts available, as well as reasonably priced hampers already gift boxed. I'll be doing this again next Christmas and possibly for other occasions as well.
You have come back saying that I was complaining I never once complained about the sign in process which I agree with 100% And I have witnesses that saw how rude you were so maybe you should beinstead apologising maybe just use manners next time
Nice park opposite the RAAF Base. Good for families with BBQ's and covered tables. Your furry friend will appreciate it as well.
Valley Way Cafe, super fast, friendly service. Great coffee, hot chocolate and chicken pies to die for. Covid sanitizer Contact Track book and QR Code. Toilets in park close by. Stretch your legs and walk. Well done.
Pie + coffee cafe is great for a welcome brake in your journey. Home made meat or apple pies are a treat. Capachinos or tea always good.
Great location with a pleasant view, friendly staff but hygiene could be better when handling food no tongs or gloves bare hands on everything,
