I could not speak more highly of these guys!
I am not one for cars and I get so overwhelmed having anything done to my car as I have trouble explaining what is wrong or what I need done due to lack of knowledge. I would have to say this is the first time I have loved the experience of getting something done to my car! They were so patient to listen to my not so very descriptive explanation on what was wrong (after experiencing a horrible time with original repairs done elsewhere).
They were so quick with everything and so lovely to deal with and my personal favourite part was their great sense of humour that made everything all the more enjoyable. For the first time in my life I am looking for more things I could possibly get done to my car so I can go back there again.

They are professional! They fix my car which refused to fix by NRMA high demand repairer RepairHub Castle Hill and problem was RepairHub fault… NRMA realised that one was faulty repair and they sent me to Hawkesbury City Smash Repair… Everything was perfect and professional in there…

Had a rear end accident late August took the car to Hawkesbury City to quote Owner's wife took some photos and I was told they will be in touch. On 14 Oct I contacted Insurance Coy only to be told that they have no quote. Contacted Hawkesbury to ask why only to be told "I need more photos and your claim fell through the cracks". Then was told "if you don't like it take it to a GIO repairer" No sorry or anything. Obviously they don't need the work.

Big shout out to Troy and the team at Hawkesbury City Smash! Quality of their workmanship is excellent. Efficient, easy and no-fuss customer experience. I would highly recommend them. Thanks!

These guys are second to none. The effort and detail these guys put in were exceptional and done in little to no time! Would highly recommend this shop. Even at such a difficult time the team at Hawkesbury City Smash out do themselves with their tremendous efforts. Have used them a couple of times and every time they pull out all the stops to help me. These guys are one of the best in the business from the assessment to the booking time to do my car can’t fault they even drove me home to pick up my other car. After being referred to HCSR by the NRMA after a recent vehicle accident, it was very refreshing to have some real customer service, Troy was extremely helpful and walked me through the process organised taxis and kept me up to date through the whole repair, when completed the vehicle was expertly detailed and looking as good as new, the whole experience was extremely pleasant and professional, thanks for a job well done.
