Amazing from start to finish! I had the pleasure of dealing with Olivia and Lisa in the showroom, along with Stephen and Hayden from their head office. Olivia and Lisa are always all smiles, and so friendly and welcoming. I never felt rushed and also enjoyed the complimentary treats.

They helped me select a beautiful floor for a small residential renovation, and were swift to respond to any queries I had about installation and maintenance. The floor looks fantastic and the quality is evident—it's made the home feel more elevated and elegant.

I have since visited the showroom again and it feels like seeing old friends, a testament to Olivia and Lisa's customer service. From all this, I have no hesitation in recommending Havwoods for their excellent service and product.

My experience with Havwoods was so positive and such a pleasure I would have no trouble recommending anyone to use this company. I was recommended to them in the first place by my builder who has had many positive experiences dealing with Havwoods himself. It is extremely professionally run and organised and the staff were delightful, knowledgeable and very helpful with aesthetic guidance.

Havwoods supplied the engineered wooden flooring for my 4 bedroom house in the Upper Hunter Valley. The quality of product was exemplary in terms of consistency, finish and feel. Havwoods had advised that as a natural product we should expect colour variation which enhanced the overall look and not detract from it. Floor has been down one year, looks new and very resilient to sun, young children and a multitude of guests who are less respective of the flooring. Sales staff during the sales process and after installation were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Purchased and secured a specific batch of Prime Grade Herringbone. Received a completely different batch to what I reserved and paid for to be only told it was sold to someone else. Floor colour was extremely different. Stair nosings also were forgotten about for weeks due a staff member leaving. Been chasing Havwoods since January for a resolution. Very disappointing after sales support after a very large order.

We had a fantastic experience with a 1 on 1 appointment with Olivia. Being able to see all the pieces in person can’t be beaten and Olivia was very knowledgable in helping us sort out and pick the right colour tones for our build.

My floors are stunning. It was so easy dealing with Havwoods - from the initial phone call, to sending samples interstate. Hayden was very very helpful and professional. The wood arrived interstate within a few days. The end result is incredible.

Amazing service from start to finish, great range of top quality boards, great showroom, feels like and executive service. I used one of their recommended floor board layers and he was expensive but excellent. So used to being disappointed with trades and this was an easy experience

Havwoods provided the best service when it came to selecting our floors. After shopping around and trying to decide, Adam sent me a number of samples to go over. There was no pressure, we felt supported in asking lots of questions and have not looked back. The floors are easy to care for, excellent quality and are exactly what I was after. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and plan to use them again in our next renovation.

Viktoriya was most helpful in explaining to us the various types of timber, their advantages, uses and drawbacks. She is very knowledgeable about the products and patient with our questions.

We visited the Sydney location. From the moment we entered the showroom the experience was a breeze. The team know their products inside and out and they made the entire process so easy.
Simone and Brent are extremely knowledgeable. Renovations are stressful but these guys answered every question we had and we felt so much more at ease. The customer service, down to the finest detail, is impeccable. You won't regret choosing Havwoods.
Also, they make a wonderful coffee to top of the experience!
