I have been dealing with Havit Lighting and selling their products for years. Being in the Electrical Wholesale industry for over 10+ years now myself, I can confidently say they deliver a quality product, professional service and are willing to jump over herdals to create a solution rather then a problem.

I deal with one of their star reps, David Clemesha. Always enthusiastic, helpful and ready to jump head first into any task/project I throw at him. Whether its a series of hieroglyphics or a straight forward plan of attack, David will meet me with a solution.

Long story short. Top company to deal with wherever lighting is concerned.

Nothing but high praise for the product, their service and the ongoing support and professionalism from Naomi!

After poor customer service from the reseller of one of their LED products, i got in touch with them directly and they were absolutely fantastic. How customer service should be and cannot recommend their products and company enough. Thank you Havit lighting, you have a new longterm customer.

We have Havit lights inside our home and all throughout the garden. On the odd occasion when we've had an issue with any of our lights, I have found Havit extremely easy to deal with and always customer service orientated. Andreas, the Service Manager, has always been very helpful. Thank you.

Bought the deck lights with remote. Not very bright. Remote only works in line of sight 2 -3 mt away. Very disappointing that they can not produce a better product.

I was refused employment on the only reason that I don't have an Aussie accent for their fussy customers. That's discrimination and I will lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Work Ombudsman.
I am an Australian citizen!

Bought 4 x $90 brick lights that lasted 3 years, after the first one failed I was told by Eurolight that the parts were not available and had to buy the complete unit which I did and had an electrician replace only the driver and LED panel, I then contacted Havit for advice as to whether if possible to buy the driver or the LED panel as I could see the other three lights would also come to the end of their life, with no reply I decided to call and was told to direct the email to the credit department, after it bounce I directed the email to sales and support to this day no reply, forcing me to purchase the 3 remaining lights at a discounted sale price of $69 each, I could not wait any longer as it pose a hazard to the residents in the building at night.
All I can say is that this company deals with retail outlets and could not give a hoot about individuals going to them directly.
If you need a product from them go to the retail outlet.

We are in the process of a new build and, almost immediately after paying our lighting supplier, Noosa Lighting, many $$$$$ for the majority of fittings throughout, we were told that they were closing down. It was a voluntary shutdown, not liquidation, but still not a comfortable situation for us to be in. Months later, as we have neared the end of our build, we've experienced our first issue with the lighting, being an incorrect supply of fittings - some Havit drivers Noosa Lighting had specified are not appropriate for the task. I contacted Havit's HQ without much hope, only to find that they were happy to step up and help out as best they could. Situation quickly resolved by Havit. We're very grateful for their swift action when they really weren't obligated to do anything. Much of our house is fitted out with their products and having now experienced their excellent customer support, that leaves me feeling very reassured.

Cheap rubbish.
Purchased stainless steel in-ground lights for my driveway, what a mistake!
These lights leaked from the start and constantly blew globes and tripped breakers.
I was told they must have been incorrectly fitted so they sent someone around to check it out.
It was then agreed they were in fact correctly installed and they would issue me new ones. After paying a Electrician to replace the lights, they leaked again with the first sign of rain.
These inferior lights have cost me a great deal of money and they still don't work. Great job guy's, keep selling this rubbish.
