Just wanted to say how impressed we are with Haven Botanical's service. We selected a Luna boquet to be delivered to our daughter who has just undergone major surgery. Amazing florist, I would highly recommend. I used Haven Botanical for my wedding. They gave me a quote which was very reasonable and did an amazing job. Very good value. If you are looking for a florist look no further. The girls even gave me more of the expensive flowers on the day at no extra cost as the less expensive ones were not as available.

I can't speak more highly of Haven Botanical Florist. Great communication and quick responses. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I can’t recommend Haven Botanical strongly enough. I ordered some flowers and gifts for.a birthday. Everything was packaged beautifully (and in an eco friendly way) and delivered on time. The recipient said, “It was the most amazing bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen. ” The selection of optional extras is exquisite and chosen to suit every pocket, starting at just a few dollars for a beeswax tea light with reusable holder. When you order on line, and don’t actually see the product, you always worry that it will be as pictured. There’s no need to worry with Haven Botanical.

After receiving the most beautiful delivery for my birthday last year, I took special care to remember Haven Botanical for my next flower purchase. The store really is a treasure trove - filled with the most wonderful fresh flowers, gifts and trinkets. The customer service is exceptional too. Every one of the ladies working during my visit said hello and engaged in conversation with me, while one staff member carefully created a custom arrangement based on my preferences and the fresh flowers in stock. It was also clear that the staff knew the product and were able to recommend additional gifts based on what I needed. They provided me with complementary gift wrapping to match the floral arrangement and advice on how to keep the flowers fresh for longer. It was a great experience from start to finish and I look forward to returning:)

Lovely flowers and plants, customer service needs improving. Went there twice recently. Staff did not acknowledge me both times they were not serving anyone else and were talking about hair, make up and going out. Second time I approached them to tell them what I wanted to buy.

I love Haven Botanical, it's a little oasis in Mullum! I presented them with a photo of my green vase and they made up a beautiful arrangement of flowers for it. It is perfect and the delicate scent of the roses, exquisite.

Haven Botanical prepared the most exquisite bouquet of flowers for my daughters 18th birthday and provided me the highest levels of customer support and care. On top of that, walking into Haven Botanical is like walking into a Botanical Haven. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I explained the type of arrangement I required, which was a little different and it was delivered to an obscure address the next day and my friends were ecstatic.

I follow Haven on Instagram so it was such a pleasure to visit when I was in town. I could have stayed all day wandering through the little oasis. Jess spent time with me to select the perfect combination of flowers and created the most spectacular bouquet for my friend. A visit to Haven is soul nourishing, surrounded by beautiful flowers, the friendliest staff and even a cute shop dog! Frida you are too cute!

I love this shop, they have the friendliest staff who go above and beyond to create bespoke arrangements for any occasion. I love that they use locally sourced flowers when possible and minimise their plastic use by wrapping in recycled brown paper. A gorgeous result, great products made thoughtfully with care and consciousness. I highly recommend Haven Botanical for any floral needs or plant advice.
