Darren and his son recently removed and replaced our main split system. He visited and then sent a quote in a speedy manner. His quote was very fair and reasonable, and his work and time management were both very professional. We were extremely pleased to see the entire area both inside and outside of the house void of any rubbish or left behind cartons from the new unit. We would have no issue recommending Haven Air Conditioning to anyone interested.

Very prompt and friendly service. Only one week turn around from quote to installation. Quite impressed that workers moved furniture etc to gain clear access to units, cleaned areas then replaced furniture to original position after installation. Both units work fantastic as promised. Will use again and recommend to all.

We have used Darren at Haven Airconditioning before. He fitted us out with x4 split systems in our house. As always, Darren was efficient, organised and very knowlegable about his trade. He coordinated other tradies required for the job too. On the morning he arrived promptly and did a wonderful job even doing a complete sweep down of any mess. Would 100% recommend Darren and his team.

Rang Darren to ask for a quote for a split air-con supplied and installed, he seemed nice and asked to send him an email to detail the requirement. Email sent, waited for a week, no answer. Rang him again, said he had been away, and promised that he will get back to me, never heard from him. Darren, I just do not understand why you cannot say it straight if you were not interested in the job to save both of us some time. It appeared to me that this guy only after big money.

Installed Actron ESP unit to our new home December 2017. The prep work was poorly done, delaying our batts installation. The concrete slab the outdoor unit sits on was broken during install and not replaced. We found one duct (in roof) partly disconnected which needed fixing. They had left all the strings that suspended the ducts in the roof (part of prep work) attached which caused another duct to partly open at the tape join (now fixed). While money was being paid through stages, communication was good and friendly, however once completed this changed quickly and after sale service requests are far from welcomed. I would have expected far better quality installation and after sales service for $12.5k. The unit now makes noise when on heat (med/high fan). Asked for assistance, response "no sorry I'm on holidays". Needless to say I would not use or recommend Haven Airconditioning.

Darren gave me advice over the phone which worked and my air con is now functioning! Saved me $'s and time. I am so grateful to him as it is going to hit 40 degrees today! Darren provided a very prompt and competitive quote for a split air system change over and relocation. Great service and on time to the appointment, Darren and his team serviced and replaced a few part to my system getting back to like new. I also referred him to my brother who is a builder and he loved his work, and my brother is not easily please.

I have known Darren Rolfe and worked with him in a business relationship for some time. His work is very thorough and he is prompt, friendly and professional. To the point that I asked Darren to service my 2 home air conditioners. He did a fantastic job - did not waste time and cleaned up after himself. Darren was excellent in the complete commercial service he provided. He helped choose the best systems for our commercial space with the minimal roof space we had available. His willingness to work with the builder and discuss the options that suited everyone was something that is rare with trades. His truthfulness, nice nature and punctual starts are a bonus. He is highly recommended by our company and when our house needs Air-conditioning in the near future he will be the first to call.

I would recommend Haven Air to everyone! From the initial quoting stage right through to completion, they were extremely time efficient, well organized and very helpful in giving advice.
