Hastings Cove Apartments

Location perfect. Our unit 19 is dated, not clean, old yellow pillows and blankets that go into the doonas and pillowcases, not enough towels per person (6 of us and only 4 towels), building materials in the wardrobes. All the units are privately owned, this owner don't seem to care much. Downstairs unit looks very updated and renovated.

It's an oldish property but very well maintained and extremely clean. Apartment was large and airy, with big balconies and comfortable beds. Host was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Unit 14 should not be rented out, old furniture and worn out, carpets old & smelly doors needed fixing on first day
stains on blankets and linen, dark & dingy had ants & cockies. 2 irons neither worked paid $1000s dollars for 2 weeks holiday from UK to hell, Managers not interested in helping should have been rerated 2 star and compensated

We stayed at the best place at hastings cove.we had apartment 14 so bright and clean plenty of room for whole family could not fault it in any way.such a fun place.staff were lovely and so helpfull could not do enough to make our stay there so so enjoyable thank u again will be back

What should have been a special time was marred and ruined by the fact i was accused of breaking the dryer door totally off? And charged for it a day after I left after a phone call I received thinking I had left something behind to be told i had broken the dryer. Hand on heart I hadn't and I didn't agree so I said I didn't want to pay for something I hadn't done. They said they would pay half but I would pay the other half as insurance excess to much and would come out of their pocket. I was so upset as if I broke it I would have told them then and there. After not being believed i could only agree (because of the generic letter I had signed about breakages) to pay they other half however they deducted full amount and only when I messaged them they organised a refund.which wasn't half as had been agreed. My lesson is too have the room checked before I leave, as I had signed the generic letter saying i would pay for breakages and she said she is not a liar. Totally gutted on principle. I always hold my moral compass on honesty and integrity. Also no internet in rooms which i had hoped for as was also working remotely which didn't suit sitting out side the main office on a small table for a few hours. What was meant to be a nice time away for relaxation ended up being more stressful.

Great relaxed atmosphere, pay for what you get. Staff were super helpful.

Clean and neat with everything in walking distance, shops, beach ect.

The managers are friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and equipped for a short stay. On a down side the beds mattresses are needing updating, sag happening. The walls are a little light on for noise suppression.
Would stay again. Lo e the proximity to the creek and short walk to beach.

Stayed here with a group of friends over Labour Day weekend- excellent facilities, very well kept and everything looked after, super friendly and accommodating service! And the best part- an easy walk to the beach each morning for a surf!

Dusty, Noisy needs a make over. Lounge dirty smelly needs a good clean. After travelling up the coast from Sydney we stayed at better places for half the price.

Very well clean & equipped apartment in a lovely complex. Lovely area with magnificent beaches. Short walk to the beach & general stores, & short drive to Cabarita Beach where there are more shops. Wonderful relaxing holiday.

Fantastic spot. Perfect for families. Great waterways. Surf and smooth water. Something for everyone. Pool in complex is really nice.
