Massive thanks to the boys for doing a full rewire of our 12v system

The quality of work is professional and the customer service is just unbeatable. Hands down the best business that has worked on our GQ Patrol tourer.

Our 12v system was originally wired incorrectly which was causing issues and just wasn’t running optimally. Now with a full rewire we’re making the absolute most out of our REDARC BCDC charger, I’ve got peace of mind and absolute confidence that our 12v system will serve us around Australia.

These guys saved our holiday! We fitted a Wi-Fi camera to our new car/back of caravan and set off from Melbourne for a month away. Total disaster of repeated signal loss. Spoke to Brandon who fitted us in with two days notice and we drove away today with a wired-in Safety Dave set up. Could not be happier with Mitch, Brandon and their fabulous team. Had work done here which appears well done. Handing back of the car was done with a full description of what was done. Four stars instead of five due to the cost which, to be fair, is probably due in part to the scarcity of appropriate tradesmen and the need to pay them ridiculous hourly rates.

We got a solar upgrade done on our 19ft caravan. Can not express how happy we are with the end result, the workman ship is excellent, along with the hand over and explaining everything what was done and how it all works. We highly recommended Twelve in Port Macquarie.

A very impressive service. We had our caravan power upgraded. The process from conversation at a caravan and camping show, to, quote to completion of quality work, was organised and well communicated.

Top marks to the team - had a problem with our Safety Dave camera on our caravan - Safety Dave pointed me to Mitch at Hastings Auto electrical as they are the local agents - Mitch was able isolate the problem to the Woza cable (connects the car to the caravan) - great service - great and friendly receptionist - Helen and to top it off no charge for the support received. Again, top marks and highly recommended.
