1. Received clear and precise communication on work to be done. Shalin and his team were polite, understanding and respectful.
2. Received weekly updates on the status of the repairs and estimated time to complete. Delays were due to the supplier/ spare part delays and is understandable in this environment.
3. He promises and delivers.

Unfortunately my car was hit before Christmas, this is the second time I've had my car taken to Hassirati and both times its come out better than before. Great attention to detail, great communication. The car being detailed was a nice touch as well, felt like a new car.

Just got my car back after extensive repairs following an accident. The car looks better than new, was meticulously detailed as well. Great communication over the course of the repair period, and they even got it back to me a week earlier than expected.

Hassarati Auto Body Smash Repairs went over and beyond fixing my car after an accident. They returned me a car that honestly felt like it was a brand new one, fresh out of the dealers. My car had a new shine inside and out, they replaced the front bumper and headlamp with complete new ones, and had even threw in a few extras like the plastic coverings on my car plates, new windshields, and even a bottle of touch-up paint. Not only was the car service amazing, but Shalin himself was truly knowledgeable of his work. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and had regularly updated me on the progress of my car repair throughout the whole week.
