Over charged for basic personal tax return services (4x previous returns). Had to chase multiple times for updates and correct figures myself. Don’t waste your time.

Not worth your time. I had an appointment to lodge a tax return. Upon meeting them, they informed me they didn't have the time to lodge my return during my appointment and said they would call me back if they needed anything else. 3 working days later I had to call back only to find out that no one had looked at my return. Your better off going else where.
