Don't make a mistake ordering from this store. You will regret your decision very soon.

Horrible experience with a faulty laptop that they didn't want to return. I do not recommend.

I have bought many things in the last year, 75" tv and soundbar, recliner lounge, entertainment unit, and little things like king bed sheets and Nintendo switch games and the most recent was a dining table and chairs. Unfortunately the legs to the table were damaged and I was so upset thinking I would not have a table for Christmas. But low and behold Christine from Harvey Norman Wiley Park customer service went above and beyond to make sure I had this in time for Christmas. I have never had such great service, personal service from someone before in my life. Harvey Norman you have an absolute star working for you, she is such an asset and I will continue buying my goods from Harvey Norman because of this wonderful experience which did not start off too well. Christine made it all go away. Thank you Christine for such great service, you are an absolute GEM! Merry Christmas

I went there today to purchase a Vacuum cleaner and waited 10 minutes for someone to come and help me. The vacuum cleaner I was looking at had no ticket for the price or a description of it. As I am disabled and had my carer with me we walked up to the counter to be told they couldn't help us as it was the computer section but the guy over there would be able to help us. I had seen that guy just sitting there but as we approached he picked up the phone and that's why I went to the other one. Then a customer approached him. As we had now been in the shop for about 20 minutes we decided enough was enough. I was also told that because of the Christmas sales everyone had been on board so now they were all taking time off. Is that a proper way to do business?
They have now lost me I will try JB Hi-Fi next time.

I had the BEST customer service experience with Flooring Specialist Adnan. I needed to lay new carpet very quickly in an investment property and need it within 5 days. Adnan showed me a range of high quality carpets suitable for investment properties and at a very reasonable price. Because of time constraints, he called the warehouse to check if the carpet was available. He let me take a sample to the investment property so I could see what it looked like. He came after hours to do a measure and quote, arranged payment and the carpet was in within time frame. He always kept me posted as to the progress.

Adnan is super friendly, goes the extra mile for his customers, knows the flooring product range extremely well, is very professional and you can trust the job will be done with Adnan! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any flooring needs.

The most unprofessional group of employees!
Muhib and Sanam treat customers like rubbish! Unless Marc is there nothing gets done or completed. People with egos should not work in customer service

Had a 15 years old LG washing machine broken down in the middle if the night (scheduled wash) on Wednesday. Called TGG and JB, both happy to sell at a close to floor price but waiting time is almost 4 weeks. Then I called Harvey Norman which I associate more with furniture than white goods. The sales person was Dimi. Professionally answered my questions, gave me realistic price and time for delivery. I went to the store on Thursday, paid the amount I was happy to pay and got the new LG washing machine delivered next day on Friday at noon. Happy customer, great experience, excellent service Harvey Norman!

Oh, BTW, the BL store at Home Focus Bankstown wouldn't give me much discount at all.

No service when visiting on rainy midday Friday. All staff just stuck to their computer screens/terminals. I did a click-and-collect and spent 10 minutes waiting for them to bring out a small box from the loading zone downstairs.

Beyond Fantastic Customer Service from the Wiley Park store!

Had to return some goods & had to travel down from the Central Coast to
Wiley Park to get issue sorted, once & for all. (Harvey Norman - Bennetts Green Store could not sort out the issue)

So glad I drove the extra 90 kms as a wonderful young lady called Denisha looked after me & fixed everything.

Denisha deserves a pay rise and further recognition for her wonderful warm character & fantastic customer service skills.

Adam (Denisha’s Boss) I am very glad you hired this young lady as she has made my day.
I have been a customer for over 25 years and will remain because of her. ️

Went into the store Wednesday 27/7 to buy an IPhone 12, which I had asked to be put aside for me, on arriving I was greeted the gentleman remembered my name asked me sit down, and served me. Amazing service bought other things, thank you so much for your service.

I saw a Norton antivirus 1 year for 2 devices priced $128. The actual price is $68.
The middle age male salesperson was extremely rude. I asked him to sent me the receipt to my email, but he didn't. Don't ever go to this store again.

REHAM from the bedding section. She was VERY HORRIBLE and a LIER Manger, be careful, try to deal with anyone else but her.she seems lovely but she’s The worst person to deal with. We have agreed on a price for a product which I paid a deposit on. And everyday I called to confirm the purchase: they tell me she’s not in today. A week later she calls and says that she can’t do it. And the customer service did tell that she worked at least 3 days of the week. I call again. She answer and put me on hold for over 10 times.

I don’t know what the last review is on about as I had the total opposite to his positive experience. I was in the market to buy a laptop and the salesperson (Ken) was for a better word…. Useless. It was as if he didn’t want to be there and couldn’t careless about the business.

He lost a sale to JB Hifi due to his lack of sales skills. I don’t know what his position is but his not good for business.
