Natalie from small appliances is a legend. Our kettle broke and I ordered a new one online, she got it ready for us instantly she went above and beyond to help us out. Truly grateful. Thank you so so much.

Harvey Norman: Where time is money, except yours.
Waited over 10 minutes for help, only to be ping-ponged around a staff-less store.
Meanwhile, employees stood chatting idly.
"Click & Collect"? More like "Click & Chaotic. "
Endless troubleshooting calls just to pick up an order. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The worst shopping experience I have had! Spent over $20,000 everyone was lovely while selling but on delivery day, 3 different department and 3 strikes! Things didn’t turn up yet guaranteed delivery dates when purchasing. When I came back and expressed my disappointment they appeared bored by my very existence, no apology just more excuses. Nick Scali on the other hand nailed everything, I wish I had of purchased everything through them.

I’d like to acknowledge STEVE in the electronics Dept. For a young guy he’s sales skills are fantastic. He enjoyed his job and enjoyed explaining the items to us. His knowledge was brilliant and whilst not being pushy, he told us all our extra options and we were happy to buy extra items due to his information provided. He took the time to break down the financials and benefits and you could tell he was happy doing so. I’d recommend anyone heading out for electronics, head to see Steve. Working in retail sales for many years and being able to identify the passion and skills needed to be not only able to sell, but also have consumers feeling they were appreciated, it’s rare to come across these types of salespeople in 2023, I’d hire Steve in a heartbeat. Good young kid, thanks Steve.

We got a great deal (floor stock) at Harvey Norman on our fan force oven. Danny, the lovely man who delivered our oven, was amazing. He was efficient, friendly & took everything away. He also noticed that when he removed the bubble wrap, there was a small dent on the front of the oven. I called the salesperson Matthew & spoke to him, I handed my phone to Danny. I heard him say he saw the dent. My question is. Why didn't Matthew tell Danny when the oven was picked up. Quite rude of that salesperson. We could've blamed Danny. Matthew was in no way apologetic

Recently bought bathroom fixtures at Harvey Norman Warrawong with Brent and Harvey. Amazing experience. The support flexibility and advice expertise has saved us so much when dealing with our builder. So Happy with the team at Harvey Norman - they are the best.

The warehouse staff are despicable. Horrible excuse for human. One of them abused me because I asked them to swap the TV they were giving me. I explained to them it was because there was a huge chunk taken out of the box like it had been hit or dropped. And then I got abused. I waited 23min plus about 7min before I started timing them. And while I was waiting I spotted too many safety violations to count. When the guy refused to swap my TV that was brought out and I’d coped enough bad language and threats, I walked away for my own safety.

Really, really poor service from the carpet department. Carpet ordered and paid in full, fitting date arranged, told by sales only the day before that they did not have the stock and couldn't go ahead. We had already moved furniture etc to give access. No real apology, no redress, just "oh well not their problem''. Cancelled. Now are shopping from Choices Flooring. It is a family business who actually seem to want to help and are professional.

Bought an outdoor table and chairs after it taking 2 months to arrive it came with 1 wrong leg so we couldn’t put it together. Trying to get them to tell me how long it will take for them to replace it is like pulling teeth. Happy to take my $2,500 no rush to fix the problem.

Bad customer service - ordered a drier and it was going to take over 10 weeks to be delivered - no updates - I had to call 4 times to find out about constant delays.

I would not recommend anyone to buy furniture from them. Terrible customer service. We had an outdoor furniture delivered which was damaged. Timber frame cracked still in the box and have been told they need to hear from the manufacturer on what to do. After a few visits at the store, it was agreed they would give us the credit to use in any department (we use latitude and all the amount was paid). Once i chose a bed, they said I could not use the money in another department so I requested my money back. They started the process within the admin department on 13Jan and until now Latitude has not received any info from them. I just called the store and once more they showed their awful customer service. Stay away!

Walked into electrical, wanting to buy a new tv that day. Staff everywhere. No one bothered to come up to help me for almost 15 min. Walked out. I'll buy somewhere else. Thanks

Yes we just brought a Bosch double oven and a gas cook top it is smaller than the Chef and the Westinghouse and the Electriclux ovens but I think they should be better! The fridge is worth $54.000 we will let you know when we use it for we are going to build a new house! Quite a good spot to go shopping with the lake just over the road! We returned for a vanity and some towel rails! Just pop in and see Ron for a oven or ALENKA sorry for having to spell in capitals for the silly auto correction cuts in! But she will definitely help you with bathroom fittings and all your bathroom needs! Yes we were here yesterday and picked up our vanity and our new double oven and gas cook top and towel rails and toilet roll holders

THANK YOU to harvey norman for working within my budget. I was there to absolutely buy a mattress that day I wasn't leaving until I found one. I wasn't there to look and not buy. People have budgets for all sorts of reasons and it pays for a company to work within peoples budgets. Something forty winks should learn, they lost a sale because they were showing me mattresses far in excess of my budget. And because you worked with me and my budget, the frame I was going to get at forty winks is not going to be a sale, but the bed frame I now have my eye on is at your store and we will be purchasing in 2022. Just waiting for it to hit the show room floor. We will be there.

Purchased 4 items before Christmas using a gift card.
All the items said that if I ordered on that day they would be delivered before Christmas.

Only one item was actually in stock & of course I received this information after I'd made the purchase.

Kept getting automatic updates saying that my order is delayed but no actual contact from the store.

Went onto the website & chatted to someone in regards to my order & lo and behold I got a call from the store.

Explained that I'd purchased items on gift cards & was advised that the refund would be given to me on the gift card and that it would be actioned immediately.

Waited for two days & still nothing so I jumped back on the chat to find out what was going on.

Hopefully it gets resolved soon & I'll change the review.

Warehouse staff are terrible and one abused me when I told them there was a scratch down the tv screen and I need a refund. So I asked to see the manager and they say the manager is not here for another 6 months. Very distressing.
