Harvey Norman Wagga Wagga reviews
38Fantastic, staff & service brilliant, store has great variety & prices. Well worth a visit.
We were very happy and satisfied with the services provided to us when buying our fridge and picking it up. Thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff. Members.
I had $4k to spend on a laptop and phone. The staff didn’t want to help. Very strange retail experience. Guess they don’t get any commission these days.
Big shout out to the people at Harvey Norman Wagga! We've been there twice in 5 days to take advantage of their excellent customer service and products. Bundled a washer dryer together and didn't have to! Saved us a lot of back and forth and we couldn't be happier!
You can sometimes find cheaper alternatives at the other appliance stores, but Harvey Norman is the only place with customer service. I generally already have an idea what I want so I like when someone comes over and offers service when I’m obviously stuffing around in a section. However sometimes I don’t really know which product I want so appreciate it when staff can discuss my options and tailor a product that suits my lifestyle - for example I just wanted a small laptop that would do the basics that phones can’t and mostly be storing things like photos, and was able to get one that could handle all the files from my old laptop and be decently midrange with good warranty.
Price match guarantee, only when they want to apparently.
We spent thousands here and asked them to match a price for a hair dryer. It was on with David Jones as well as the manufacturer. They flatly declined. I asked about the price match guarantee that's flaunted on the website. The manager flatly stated they don't always honour it! What's the point of having a price match then? Really annoyed.
Staff are so unfriendly no one is in any hurry to help you I work in disability so often take clients in there horrible service
I havnt visited the store yet but in the website it was perfect.
I'll definitely have a visit there very soon
Stood in the shop for 30 minutes not one person came near us for assistance so I gave my business and my money to forty winks
Costly if compared with other competitors and no provision to offer something extra for regular customers.
We got a new TV and sound bar with Ryan. Very helpful advice, putting together a good package and delivery to us later in the week!
Good range of products, pretty much everything you need for your home from carpet to furniture to TVs and computers.
Went to pick up a click-and-collect order and they had put aside a much lesser value and specification item and tried to supply me that. The staff were apologetic but many of them clearly don't know their product and/or their care-factor is low.
Staff listened to what I needed and provided several good options within a realistic price range.
Went there before closing time, staff member helped me after checking the availability of the product.all friendly staff, lots of parking. Will shop there again.
Poor customer service. Spent over $5000 on furniture that is coming apart. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE
A few more trained and knowledgeable staff would help. Cost cutting on cheap staff cost sales in the long run.
Harvey Norman Wagga Wagga just as bad as the Albury store. I visited the store to purchase the new Samsung 14.1 tablet. The department was almost empty, I had two reps available to help me with questions, the young man tried but had limited knowledge, the Older guy Daniel stood 5 meters away but had zero interest to help even though the discussion was directed at him. He folded his arm and turned the other way. What a rude position. Harvey Norman you need to start employing people that actually care and are knowledgeable. I recommend all to shop somewhere else!
Harvey Norman has a good range of products, staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help out.
I had a fantastic experience today, the staff member who served me was extremely helpful, shared a laugh, helped me with my click and collect purchase and then looked up another product I wanted and helped me source that by making sure the product is available and would arrive by Christmas. They then offered me a bag to hide my purchase before leaving the shop so I could keep it a secret til Christmas. A very easy, friendly and pleasant encounter today
