I would like to thank Isabella in the picture part that assisted me with all my photo presents for Christmas. Everyone loved them and thought we were very clever.

Isabella should be commended for her patience and outstanding customer service with us elderly. I only go there when I see her there. She suggested a tablet or pad thing for my editing pictures and I love it and my husband plays solitaire.

Thank you Harvey Norman and Isabella for still serving elderly customer's with respect. It’s a rare occurrence now.

Went to look at Tv's was offerred a good deal guaranteed if its cheaper then today I can receive a refund for the difference always find the staff at Tweed cheerie and very helpful.
Went back to Harvey Norman to look at Soundbars, the salesman Dave, come up to me straight away and said I have refund for you on the price of the TV. Deal done. Harvey Norman lived up to the promise and Dave was fantastic.

It’s been a long time since I have had such fantastic service and follow up from Grant in the computer section so clever and patient to explain things clearly he clearly knows what he is talking about.

Good customer service as usual but I just got home after buying some logitec computer speakers only to find the box seems to have been previously opened.with one speaker not working at all. I'll be returning to the store ASAP to return the faulty product.

Harvey Norman always has good brands and they do good deals, they are in the more premium quality supply of electrical products for the house. If you are looking for something a bit fancy rather than the cheapest deal, they will help you with a much better range of goods, and they have extensive knowledge in the products they sell, plus they are genuinely nice, as they don't try to upset you they let you make the final choice and won't try to get a larger sale. Good fair dingkum service thru and thru, I would not hesitate to tell people looking for electrical goods and products too first go there, for any medium to higher budget quality goods

Went in the other to get some help with purchasing x2 Microsoft Surface Pro 8s. I had the young Murphy be the first to approach me to help. I thought that was wonderful, we sat down and he explained everything so clearly so intelligently in a manner that I could understand. I ended up purchasing both Surface Pros and opted in for their extended care and couldn’t be happier.

We purchased table 4 chairs, leather lounge and entertainment unit. Sarah and Justin were amazing and made sure that everything delivered was exactly as ordered. We are so happy with our furniture and so thankful to the Harvey Norman Tweed Heads team, you are the best

They are bad with their knowledge of small appliances they sell, what they don't know they just make up on the spot with words "oh, I've got this one at home etc etc". What's worse is the treatment after you have problems with the product, they are just more ignorant and brush you off so quickly. I agree with the comments above, just don't go there.

Despite poor customer service from.the TV Audio centre Again.we do go back here. The other areas are ok but the TV Audio need a shake up! Very poor service.

My partner and I recently bought a bedroom suite from a friendly salesperson named Daniel. We couldn't be more impressed with his customer service as he made the whole experience very enjoyable. Salespeople such as Daniel are a real asset to any retail company and I would highly recommend anyone needing new bedroom furniture to go see him.

I just paid $300 MORE for the most uncomfortable bed EVER. Salesperson made me feel rushed, and upsold me protectors (1 the wrong size (they DID refund me) but I didn't need them in the first place)
Had the worse Buyers Remorse ever after the experience. They do NOT do refunds, they just make up lame excuses and don't listen. While other companies let you return mattress after 100days no question asked.they have left me with a mattress I CAN NOT REST let alone sleep on. Just not good enough.
Cheaper and better service elsewhere. Go to wholesalers for beds they are awesome.

Just bought a laptop from this store and this gentleman Mr. Grant who attended me at the store made my experience so much better. From now on, I am only going to buy my stuff from Harvey Norman Tweed heads instead of any other tech store just for the amazing customer service

Conveniently situated for furniture and electrical goods. Isles are wide, parking out front can be tricky as Bunnings is next door. Good experience

After a shocking experience outside The Good Guys today, where I was treated appalingly for being unvaxed. I was in tears. I told them Harvey Norman said that buying a computer was considered essential, yet they refused me entry to pick up a laptop.i called your store & a wonderful man, Thierry, welcomed me in & helped me. Thanks for your kindness & treating me like a human.
