Went into the store dreading what was about to unfold after a terrible experience last year. But it turned out to be some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. A big thank you to the amazing staff in the tech end! You bunch are incredible.

I went in to get some advice on kitchen appliances, the staff in there were fantastic. And why the 4 stars. However, the staff in the lounges and bedding, shockingly bad. Not interested at al inl finding out what I want.

The staff were really helpful today, knew their products and weren't pushy. This was a welcome change, especially in electrical.

Always enjoy looking - service and knowledge in kitchen area usually good - IT depart often awkward as the questions asked don't always bring the right or expected answers. Not looking at furniture to purchase at present.

Yes a very typical Harvey Norman really so much choice and quality. Just got to take plenty of money. Great service today had to buy a new fridge
. The old fridge just died.

Great service when we needed to replace our 27 year service fridge. Went home with our new fridge on the back of the ute. Mitsubishi Electric with tempered glass finish doors.

Helpful staff mostly, nice range. Just don't try to take an item back due to it not working, even with your docket, the very next day! Its ok if you get a nice and understanding staff member but if you don't you need to say I need my money back now. Sad because most staff are excellent and do their job very well and just a few are rude and don't believe you. Just look for a happy looking staff member and you should be ok. Excellent prices here and huge range.

Competitive prices but most importantly awesome staff that helped my with order over the phone.

Their delivery driver Martin? Was highly efficient and extremely helpful too.

Tarnie, the lovely lady in Photograph Department is a genuine asset to this store.
She is helpful, returns calls, treats you with respect and knowledgeable. I had a problem with an expensive smart watch and she was spectacular in helping get the problem sorted.
Hold onto this person at all costs

Huge store with great range of products. I've rarely found them out of stock of normal shelf items. Helpful staff and usually prepared to negotiate on price so you feel like you're getting a good deal. Heaps of ground floor parking.

Hand on my heart:
I don't like about shops, if there is not a price tag on their products or if the prices are that high that you feel like they are dreamin' ;)
Also, I don't like to be appoached by sales staff just seconds after I have a look on a product.
But anyway:
They probably have the biggest quality choice in terms of furniture and home apparel in Tamworth and their staff members are really keen to help.

Always provide excellent service, knowledge about products, good prices, friendly staff and good after sales service.

H/N Tamworth does a bloody good job. The section's are owned by different Franchisees I think. But they all gel well together. We bought a lounge and a sofa bed &an ironing station. The staff where great and we got great deals on all.

Matt in the computer department went above and beyond to help me with my new computer and bits and pieces. He was very patient and I would recommend him in an instant.

I would like to thank Jonathon in beding for looking after us over the last week with all his help choosing the right beds and coverings and a fantastic deal on every thing we chose a job well done

Linden helped us with our caravan TV and sorted a problem with the remote control. He was a very pleasant and helpful person. So nice to have people like this serve us. Staff acknowledged us as we walked around.
