Great helpful and friendly staff who know their products, extremely clean and tidy store, and found out it pays to add product care to any decent large item purchased.
Recently visited Muswellbrook Harvey Norman, the customer service was atrocious with the electrical section the people there are stuck up, won't be back anytime soon!
Bought a portable air conditioner from here about month ago. A whopping 750 for something half decent.
Salesman and storeman couldnt be bothered helpping me get it to the show ground across the road. Offered to pay for. Help me get a cab anything. But alas salesman seen the commission he just made and dint care. Won't walk into a harvey norman again anywhere peroid

I had a very positive experience at this store. I dealt with Adam in the electronics section who I found to be very friendly and helpful. He made the process very quick and easy which was appreciated. The entrance is easy to find, parking is ample and the store was well set out and clean. Overall, I would recommend and return in the future.
