16 Hayden was amazing, we purchased a watch will on holiday for my wife’s birthday, unfortunately when she opened it we discovered it was not compatible with her I phone Hayden ecfciently sorted the problem out and allowed us to go to another branch

Lorraine is just magic, as are all the staff we have dealt with. We have bought a stack from here, including some duds, which the staff have actively helped sort out. NB do not buy a Jura coffee machine!
Was stress free. I checked on the HN site to make sure they had what I was after & picked it up when I was in town the next day. Great customer service.
We always check out the Harvey Norman stores hubbys home away from home. This time they had snow glows where you print the photo of your choice and insert for that special unique gift.
Despite an unfortunate lost of my disposable camera's negatives, Zoe and Hayden have been very helpful and professional. We all remained calm and we found a solution that could suits both parts. But at some point I had to deal with Paul who is the opposite. Very rude, not helpful and arrogant. This person really needs to learn how to deal with clients and treat people, mostly when the client is patient in this type of situation. I don't feel like I asked more than I deserved in this deal.
Anyway, I still like this shop but will never deal with him again.
Great service at Moree. These country stores are just amazing. So refreshing. Not going back to online with service like that. Probably not what HN head office want to hear!
In the last two months we have had the dishwasher and fridge fail. But the BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE was by Donna Swanton in the Moree NSW store. The Manager Matt was 100% behind his staff, which is great to see.

Brought washing machine on sale and the staff in the store were great. The delivery guys did a great job fixing the washer in place.

Non reliable. Ordered a pedestrian fan.said on time of order that fan will be given with in 12 to 13 days. Waited for nearly 2 months now saying they can't give the ordered one will give cash back
Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly. Brilliant products. Delivery outside the moree area is the icing on the cake.
