If you want great customer service and a friendly knowledgeable lady to help you with all things bedding then I recommend seeing Elly at McGraths Hill she was fabulous with helping us find the right mattress to suit our needs and budget over a course of two weekends without the added pressure of a sale right away that you might get at other places, we came back to Elly the second weekend and gave her the sale that she deserved for her great service.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. All I went to do was to return an item and the lady that serve me gave me pathetic service from the beginning and was also rude and condescending. Because of the service i received today i will never go back and take my business elsewhere.

Will forever go to this store for all my future home needs. Jeremy from the tech department was fantastic from the get-go with helping us buy a TV. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and informative in showing us the differences and features we otherwise would have no clue about! We are super happy with what we picked. Then he helped us pick out an awesome sound bar! He went above and beyond for us, even helping us by running to the warehouse and helping us pack the tv after hours and even loaning us a Ute strap! 10/10 would recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for anything tech related! Shout out to Trent from the warehouse who also stayed late to make sure we went home that night with our goods! Greatest team! Also shout out to Elly in the bed department who helped us pick out a mattress and pillows! Super great experience at this store!

Had the best customer service from Wathik. He listened to my needs and gave me a complete solution to what I needed.

Sold a very expensive leather lounge and told it was Australian made however turns out it wasn't! The leather started to wear after only four months Hardly Normal could care less.will never shop at this place ever again! Atrocious!

I had to get advice and make a purchase from the tech area in the store. Just to the left as you enter the store. Sadly the older bloke who looked like the manager seemed more interested in the young lady working there than my $250 purchase. I would not go back.

Recently bought a TV from sales man named Roy at the store. We had a problem with the TV not working at delivery. I called Roy and he took full ownership of the issue and ensured that I got my replacement asap. With in 3 days. It’s when a problem happens that you learn the true customer service. The first phone call to him he stated. ” You are our customer and we will take care of you” a very comforting statement and that’s what he exactly did along with a his manager Andrew. A big shoutout to him as well.

Just wanted to thank Elvis and the girls in bedding they were so helpful with our new bedroom suites, Elvis goes above and beyond for all his customers, I've sent friends there and they've had the same experience I wouldn't go anywhere else highly recommend.

If you’re looking for ACTUAL customer service without the hardcore sales pitch, I cannot recommend Noor at Harvey Norman McGraths Hill highly enough. Noor listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something based on its price tag or likely commission. She was a wealth of knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure delivery of the items I purchased. On top of all that, she’s a lovely human being! Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. @Noor, you’ve made a repeat customer out of me.

Josh in the TV and stereo department also deserves a shout out. He knew his stuff, was super helpful and great to deal with. I’ll be back when I’m ready to purchase a home theatre system!

Do not trust the staff or manager in Computer sales for this store.
They will take advantage of customers who are elderly and not well educated with using computers to upsell a laptop with software that is not required and then charge the ridiculous fee of $195 to install the software on the laptop.

When hearing what happened I called and spoke with a manager who responsed in saying "The customer agreed to it".

Zach in the computer department was very helpful and patient. He explained the difference between the products and helped us choose the right one for our needs. Thank you Zach.

I’ve dealt with Lisa from the electronic department at Harvey Norman on two separate occasions. Both times Lisa went above and beyond to help me with my purchases. Whatever she didn’t know she would research the information there and then to provide me with the comparison and relate it back to my requirements so that I could make the best decision. I have an online order which has been delayed, however, Lisa has kept me posted by providing me with updates every couple of weeks.
