It’s been over 9 weeks of waiting to get items we have paid for in full when we were told it would be a 3 week wait.

4 weeks in we called and half of it was in store and we told we told we were waiting on one item. When we rang up to check the items again 9 weeks later most of items we bought were missing and have likely been sold by staff to someone else.

So now we have had to reorder the items again. Literally what a joke. Still waiting for it all to be delivered to this day.

I had a great experience with Harvey Norman Lake Haven. Purchased an item which stopped working a month later. I called the company who made the product, at first they were keen to help me and sent out a person to repair it. It could not be fixed on the day as parts will need to be ordered, which will take at least 3 weeks to come in. I asked for the product to be replaced they said no and was very rude about it. In desperation I called Harvey Normans Lake Haven and spoke to Jamie and his assistant Dominic. Within days they sorted the issue and replace my product. Thank you Jamie and Dominic for going that extra mile.

Customer service was excellent, helpful in making my choice in buying an office chair, took his time, explaining the benefits in the 3 chairs that I tested me.

The staff made it very difficult to purchase an item they had in stock.
They advised they didn't have it in stock despite the website showing otherwise.
They didn't even look the item up on their system.
I had to leave the store and call them from the carpark to get them to confirm that YES, it was in stock.
I went back into the store to buy it but the girl advised she would not sell it unless I provided my personal details which I did not want to do.
I asked for the manager, then they sold it to me.
The experience was irritating.
I won't shop there again.

This Sharmain person must be very busy. SO MANY BAD REVIEWS

Paid out money to to get my drone fix up that I got off you and you didn't fix it but changed me $80 to set it up, I'll be letting people know not to shop their because they don't care about the customer only money

I have been into this store several times mainly for convenience as it is close to home.
However I now travel further to any other shop that has the products I am looking for.
Service is atrocious. I have had to chase down staff for assistance after standing around in the shop for longer than expected. Even though there are hardly any customers in the store. Staff hide behind their counters even though it is plain to see that they are not actually doing anything or serving anyone.
This is on 3 of the 4 visits to this store.
I always give people and places a couple of chances as you may catch people or stores on a bad day.
The 4th visit, I went to exchange a defective sandwich toaster. My gosh.it was such an inconvenience to the staff. It ended up going through 3 different staff members, none of whom were pleasant. So I changed my mind and asked for a refund, which was a drama even though I had the purchase docket and the product was only 2 weeks old.
I will never go back to that store. I would rather drive another 30 minutes. It will still be quicker doing the extra travelling and more pleasant.

No point in going there close to closing time. Even if you are about to spend alot of money there they will tell you to leave and not in a nice way. Furniture people seemed nice. Electrical people not nice at all.

A small store for a HN but no shortage of friendly staff to help you out. Being small the floor stock is a little limited but if it's not there they will get it for you. I enjoy shopping there.

Did photos on Saturday, after doing them, got told no ink and they wouldnt be ready till wednesday, someone called me saying they wouldnt be ready till Friday now, go in Friday now wont be ready till next wednesday, so much for instant photos, so annoyed after wasting a trip in there for nothing

Ok 12 days later after asking where photos are, today got told due to not having the ink, they only keep orders on there machine for 5 days and have now have lost all of my photos i had ordered 1,000 photos that i now have to go and redo all again thankgod i didnt delete off my ph, 1 women was rude there and hung up on me, as if people wouldnt be annoyed about this happening, ive waited 12 days for instant photos, if they knew machine cancelled order after 5 days why wasnt i told this a week ago, i rang this morning they said come in this afternoon or tommorow to pick them up, rang at 3 as hadnt heard back to make sure they were done then got told all photos gone
Ok got told to come in to redo pics today only to be told now machine has broken down OMG

I was extremely pleased with the most helpful, knowledgeable, considerate service I received from the Furniture Sales Manager. I now have a modular lounge that fits perfectly.

Went there to buy a laptop computer the staff there were fantastic and very knowledgeable 100% recommend.

All the house hold things you need in one place.good parking out front, staff very friendly, store does get busy, with there specials, always good to check prices you may save a dollar, see you there!

Sales lady was very pushy. Waited til I went to Sydney to get everything I wanted.

I spent 3k in store on a new desktop + accessories. Purchased an extra year of product care also.

Two problems so far:
1: My desktop did not have the storage that was advertised and had to fight to have it installed after purchase. Ivan eventually conceded and I had to bring it back to store to get what I paid for.
2. The motherboard of my machine needs to be replaced only 15 months after I purchased it new. I have spent 6 hours so far driving it back and forth between my house and Harvey Norman Lake Haven. I have now been without my machine for over a month and still two weeks wait until the parts are due to repair it.

No compensation for my time wasted or time without my machine have been forthcoming.

On Friday purchased a new laptop, after getting it home realised it didn’t fit our needs. Took it back Sat, spoke to Ivan tech manager. He not only helped us find the perfect product for our needs, but also showed us extra bits to enhance the IPad. Ivan was the most knowledgeable person ive dealt with in IT, having little to no knowledge myself, he explained everything simply and ensured we got the right products for our needs. Also happily refunded the balance to us. If you are in need of any Tech equipment, you wont do better than Ivan at Harvey Norman Lakehaven

Walking around for an hour not one person approached us. They where all too busy chatting with other. Must not know where their wages come from.

I go there a lot. The staff are very helpful. They have a good range of stock. On the few occasions I have had to return stuff, there has been no problem.

Customer service is apporling.been to this store twice, no service, had to approach staff, didn't know what exactly what we wanted. This time, stood at tv, moving them + looking, again, no service.never again. Manager needs to truely look customer service within this store.
