Thank you Taylor at Harvey Norman. I got the cheapest deal and my mum has congestive heart failure and the warehouse boys are carrying the fridge up the stairs, installing it AND taking the rubbish away. That's so helpful! 5 stars guys

I’m a very disappointed customer. Unfortunately for me I purchased a television and wall bracket for my husband as a surprise.
Well I was the one that was surprised because he had other ideas for the space. On returning the tv and bracket the money was credited to my card that the purchase was done on. Well that was Thursday and we are now heading for Tuesday and it still has not been refunded into my account. So they can take money out instantly but cannot refund it instantly. One unhappy customer lost.

None of the lower priced goods available so a country town where people are paying higher prices with choice! Service was lacklustre also! Went to Big W and purchased!

The staff at Harvey Norman are polite, more than helpful and take pride in their job and appearance, definitely I recommend having a look when you're shopping for furniture, electrical goods and just for the little things that decorate your home.

Peter is very knowledgeable about the home appliance we needed. We were very impressed by his friendly and efficient services. Our delivery arrived just after we moved into the new house. What are good timing! It was definitely a pleasant shopping experience to us.

We also bought another 75" LG TV from the same shop the other day. Jaysen also is another standout in the shop. He answered every question we had and made a good deal of TV bundle for us. We love the way how the staff solved our problems quickly and confidently.

Both times I've had to wait to receive goods. Last time I travelled to pick goods up when finally arrived and delivered my own goods

Phil in home appliances helped me a lot.

The moment that we walked into the store we were attended to which is very unusual these days. Needed information on TV'S and John was so helpful and full of information and knowing that we would not be purchasing that day due to us being from out of town and on holidays, he explained and pointed out many features that would suit us. I certainly and highly recommend this store. Thank you again

Bought a mattress and when it was delivered it had a rip in the back, rang up and Kim arranged for it to be picked up and another one was delivered, great service from Kim and the delivery people, Thankyou ️

Seems to be a revolving door of staff members not a good sign
Most long term staff are gone as well

On Monday (late afternoon) l purchased a new washing machine and was told it'd be delivered today (Wed).
When the delivery men arrived they connected my new washing machine to water, which was a bit of a process, as the drain hose was hard to connect to the under bench water connection.
Cannot speak highly enough for the service provided by them.
Thankyou guys very much- totally unexpected.

This is a great store to shop at very relaxed atmosphere with all of the staff so willing to help you with everything highly recommend

Had to buy a new washing machine, looked on the website, found what I wanted, sale over phone, picked up next day. Great service and the price was right.

Had another great experience at Harvey Norman, very knowledgeable staff and service was second to none, had everything sorted above my expectations in a short but informative few minutes.

Returned to Harvey Norman for a phone update, greeted with a warm and pleasant smile, the knowledgeable staff had me sorted so even me being not savvy about technology understood the easy to follow phone system, I then returned for a laptop problem, sorted in no time. Purchased a GPS for my car, I thought I would have trouble with installing, but the explanations given made it clear.
I couldn't be happier with the service given by both team members that assisted me.
10/10 to both of them.

The staff member Karl? Was patient very helpful and knew about the choices in products (printers) available. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by his knowledge and how efficient the sale went. Will definitely come again.

I had an application I couldn't complete and when I rang and talked to Jack he let me know to come in and he would help me and he went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Tyler also made sure to check on me while Jack was sorting it out and would let me know the progress while I was waiting. Both Jack and Tyler are truly an asset to your business and I've seen just how amazing they are with thier knowledge of the products, exceptional customer service and they genuinely want the best product for you and will explain it all in the best way for you to understand. I attended the Grafton store requiring an additional charger for my Fitbit Sense. The salesman said he didn't think they had any. There was one charger in the cabinet which he said was for a Versa 3 and he didn't have any for the Sense and didn't offer any further assistance despite us buying our new Fitbits from there recently.
Turns out it is the same charger for both Fitbits. Always had good service from the Grafton store but someone might need to scrub up on products etc

Harvey Norms Grafton shop! I went there because when I live in Newcastle I all ways went to there shop at Bennetts green and all ways got good Deals well same at the Grafton shop I was well looked after there and the PRICE was a good Deal I was very happy with the services once again THANK YOU HARVEY NORMS!
