Went to buy a phone.
Customer Service was exceptional.explained everything.spent a considerable amount of time as required.smooth process!

Also, I had to claim a product warranty for the screen protector.extremely smooth process.changed upfront and even installed it as no cost!

Harvey Norman is unarguably the worst electronic store in Australia with their useless policies. Prices are great and displays are great too, but they heavily lack customer service and after-purchase policies. They are the only store that refuse price-matching their competitors (they should get some pointers from JB Hifi, who's great at doing this) and the refund policy is painfully excruciating. They flat out refuse a refund on a brand-new sealed packaged goods until you keep hassling them. They also ask million questions why I'm returning the goods. Not a very good customer service at all compared to their competitors.

Flagship store, has some great displays of most of their products and plenty of staff to help you when you need it. And the coffee shop is pretty good too.

I had a disappointing experience at this store due to poor customer service. Despite the minimal customer presence, no one attended to us, and the staff seemed more focused on their computers than assisting customers. It was frustrating to see them engaging in casual conversations instead of prioritizing customer needs. A lack of attention to customers in a nearly empty store left a negative impression on our visit.
I was there to buy iphone 15 pro and nearly stood for 10 mins before someone from the store came to actually ask my needs in not so freindly manner. I even told that staff that I am disappointed with their hospitality. I have bought so many items from this store which the staff later checked as well. I am not entering harvey Norman again. They have lost their shine with ridiculous staffs who has zero knowledge about what customer service is.

I ordered the Hampshire traditional 5 piece dining set and paid for delivery and assembly (premium delivery service) and the boys said there was no assembly included and left the boxes and went. Auburn store has the worst service and I’ve had the worst experience with these people. I planned to have my dining table today as I have guests coming in the evening and I now have boxes sitting in my small lounge waiting to be assembled when I initially paid for this and it was included and also is on my receipt. Do not shop at auburn harvey norman not only did they make a mistake but there service is appalling.

Nick junior was the absolute best salesperson helping my mates and i with every question asked, always having an answer to everything.will definitely be coming back here even though i have closer stores to my home.thanks heaps mate!

Went to look at Breville coffee machines. An actual Breville rep was in store, very knowledgeable and accommodating, so helpful, we are very happy with our new machine.

Drove to the Auburn store in my lunch hour to pick up a product that was and still as I type says is available in store only to be told it was out of stock. When I bought up that the website says it’s available the girl in the kitchen appliances section rudely said “well it sold out today”. Not even an apology. The guy there politely said I can order it in but after the way she spoke I’d rather pay more and go somewhere else

Purchased the latest Dyson Vacuum Cleaner from Harvey Norman Flagship store Auburn.
The lovely young lady representing Dylan looked after my wife and I.
She was very knowledgeable and helped us with a great deal fro the Harvey Norman Senior Staff.
Alround every one left happy on the day.

These people beat any other retailers price, provide a beat customer service and have lots of models to choose from, our one time electronic shopping center

Went looking for a new bed. Patrick at Harvey Norman Bedding at Auburn was great in assisting us. He spent time with us explaining all the options of several beds before we settled on an AH Beard King Koil. Thanks again Patrick for your time, patience and great service.

Amazing facility.it has just everything and we'll laid out. It is as close to a one stop shop for technology that you will ever see. Parking is great and then there is all of the home furnishings and white goods. We talked them down $100 on a printer so they are not super rigid on pricing. Well worth the visit. The joint is HUGE!

This Harvey Norman is quit big inside, you can buy everything you need for your home. If you visit the washing machine and fridges area, there is a lady called Mary meet her and she patient and explaining every single things about appliances. Thanks Mary

I have been buying most of my furniture and bedding needs from Harvey Norman Auburn. Large selections of quality items in one place. Prices are reasonable and I find sales people knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy.

I was browsing for beds and sofas and I was pleased with the choice and willingness of the sales person to answer questions.
Currently delivery times are long and uncertain. Also, I didn't compare the prices with other outlets.

When I bought a microwave oven from flagship store with click and collect option, I don’t understand why you guys are redirecting me to warehouse to pickup. Providing misleading information on the website. Not at all happy with this arrangement. Request management to kindly look into it and avoid inconvenience to patrons.

We purchased the Bissell multi cleaner but the Harvey Norman Sales Kevin helped us choose the perfect one and we were very happy with his service, would definitely recommend this Harvey Norman with friendly and professional staff.
