Great customer service from Saied. Helped us (very indecisive customers with a strict budget) choose the perfect fridge that met all our needs. Very patient. Thanks heaps!

Nice when selling. Decided to not go with the aftercare on a computer so sought a refund in the cooling off period. Unbelievably dismissive and unpleasant. I laughed when I left it was so obvious. Never again Harvey.

Bought a Jura S8 coffee machine. The machine was faulty. It does not heat up or froth milk properly as promised. I wanted a refund as the machine was faulty. The sales person convinced me to buy this brand when I wanted to buy an alternative. I was told it was a superior machine. They had machine assessed. After 2 weeks an email confirming it was ready to pick up. I went to pick it up only to be told that it was sent to wrong email address. 2 weeks later got to pick up machine and when I asked what was wrong, I was told the pump was replaced, then I was told they weren’t sure. I left the machine there as they have no clue why the machine was faulty or what was done. They were also rude when I asked questions as if they want to avoid the problem. It is now with the department of fair trading. Don’t buy as you will receive poor customer service

Unexpected.
I bought an “ on display “ coffee filter machine for a reduced price.
Unfortunately when I came home I discovered that the filter was missing. I rang Harvey Norman and they straight away apologised for the inconvenience and ordered a filter in.
Today I received a phone call that the filter had a arrived and if they could drop it off at. Y place! Yes please, wat an excellent service. Thank you very much!

Very positive experience purchasing beds. There was a good range of beds and helpful and knowledgeable staff who were available without being pushy.

Worst customer service, ordered a TV online, received a phone call on Monday to confirm delivery,
so today is Thursday, made calls and no returns calls until I get angry only to be told delivery won’t be today now as TV never went on the truck. Asked what time tomorrow would be good for delivery. No offer of anything else like refund delivery because of their mistake.
So wanting customer to take more time off work because of their mistake. Asked for a refund which they were very quick to accept, so obviously they don’t need the business.
Very disappointing customer service.

Purchased Asko dishwasher in April this year. Had a problem. Harvey Norman refer us to Asko. Asko never respond. It is now 4 months later and no response no matter how hard we try. Have been back to HN to explain. Contacted Asko several times. Everyone is polite, everyone says nice things, nobody does anything to fix problem. NEVER buy Asko product form HN. If you have a problem the warranty will NOT be honoured.

I went to Harvey Norman at the Belrose SupaCenta to buy a microwave. The young man that served me was delightful and asked if I wanted help taking it to my car. I thanked him for the offer but said I was fine.
I had made it up the first escalator and was wishing I had taken up the offer for help when another man comes up behind me and says, "I work for Harvey Norman can I help you take that to your car? " I told him I was parked at the very back of the carpark and didn't want him to waste his lunch break but he insisted on helping. I thanked him and handed over the microwave.
Almost at my car, thanked him again for taking time out of his break to help me and he tells me that it will be ok if he is back a little late as he is the proprietor!
Impressed? I was. I have told this story to everyone I have spoken to this week.
With service like this why would you go anywhere else?

Paulo has been extremely helpful from the beginning to end of sale. Very knowledgeable and great service. I do recommend a visit to Harvey Norman home appliance section, in Belrose, because of him. Cheers!

Entered the tech/ appliances dept in the Belrose store this morning and was greeted with “hello can I help you with anything” (she could not at that moment but I was blown away) in the friendliest voice and an added lovely happy smile on her face.
As she served customers I spoke to Mark (boss) about this experience and after watching Mark with the customer he served previously and the way we conversed it is easy to see that this great service is flowing down as it should. Definitely think Sarah should get a reward for just being there adding sunshine. Well done Belrose Lifting the spirit!

I bought a new TV from here, unfortunately the screen was cracked on arrival - Matt the manager was amazing at getting everything sorted. I was dreading getting it sorted, but he got everything fixed super quick. Really appreciate his help

We bought a coffee table from here. And there was a problem with it after a few days as we noticed The main top panel was not sitting on the frame evenly. We went back into the shop and explained the problem. They sent someone out the next day and they gave us a full replacement. This was great service.

Click and collect is useless. Should be ready within the hour if they have it in stock. I had to ring to find out I would have to pick it up from the warehouse which closes at 430 every afternoon. Followed the instructions in the email, when I got to the warehouse I clicked the “I’m here” button and was informed to sit tight. After waiting 15 minutes in the car I approached a worker and they seemed confused about their own system. Won’t be clicking and collecting from them again as it is not convenient

I had a poor experience with this store. I made an online order, and after two and a half weeks of wondering I decided to call and ask for an update on the delivery. Turns out there was no stock. I did not receive any notice of this and I'm almost certain that if I hadn't called I would have never received any communication, let alone my order.

Had bad luck with Pixel phone - they were holding a 6 and a 6pro in case a customer wanted one and not the other so neither was available.
