I recently purchased two beds from Domayne Auburn bedding and I was served by Deepak. He was exceptional. Answered all our questions and even when I called up to change the order two days later he adjusted the order and showed me that nothing was too much trouble. Top class service and beds delivered on time today. Thank you Deepak!

I bought a new dining set. I unwrapped/opened my new chairs few months after.i found that 1 of the black leather chairs had been damaged called domayne for months they threw me from person to person for months and then told me that it's not covered by warranty because I didn't notify of damage in 2 days of receiving the product (there is NO product disclosure saying it has to be in 2 days!) the chairs were delivered and stacked by the delivery drivers themselves in my house where the damage could have not been caused!
the drivers clearly damaged it when delivering the product and never mentioned it. After months of calling and emailing Domayne won't take ownership I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS FRANCHISEE EVER AGAIN very rude, ignorant and clearly isn't aware of fair trading and their regulations.

Delivery service is very poor. They commit to collect rubbish after installation and will never turn back.

I had a fantastic experience at Domayne Auburn, thanks to Monique! She's a charmer and her insightful suggestions really made furniture shopping less daunting. It was refreshing to see her genuine honesty, it felt like she really had our best interests at heart. If you're going to Domayne, make sure to ask for Monique. She's experienced, personable, and truly knows the products.

Please stay away from this store.

They will charge you premium price but will supply you cheap quality product.

Don't believe their warranty as they will blame on suppliers and will not do anything to get product fixed.

Purchased $4000 couch and when we had issues, store just blame to suppliers.

Very unprofessional and poor service form this store. We purchased refrigerator on 22nd July from above store. When we went there the person called George who served us. He checked on his system and informed us that he has a stock which we wanted to buy. We finished our order with big amount of high is $2000 and more. He advised us that Delivery will be on Saturday 29th July. I was waiting and waiting and waiting up to 3 pm, than we decided to ring and check what time is delivery coming today. A very shocking answer from George that I forgot to mention you that your fridge just came today in the store from warehouse so we will deliver on Wednesday. I was so upset as my fridge was not working properly and we need it on time. I asked him that this is not our problem as this is your mistake not to inform us whether your fridge is not in stock, if he mentioned we wouldn’t buy for the his store. George was very rude over the phone. We got our delivery on Tuesday afternoon and high was not our availability as we mentioned over the phone no one at home until 5 pm, but he didn’t listen and send delivery around 4 pm ringing my husband who has to rush from your work to collect delivery.
This whole week was very frustrating, my all foods from the fridge gone in the rubbish.
Highly not recommended this store.

In both of our visits, there were staff just lying on the beds and didn't care if there was a customer around! Thanks to Claire, we made the purchase. Otherwise, We have totally gone somewhere else

Ultimately did not buy the sofa however i am leaving a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service I experienced while there.

I bought furniture from Domayne and the lady by the name Dani was a tremendous help. She went out of her way to get me a good price and organised the furniture to be delivered and followed up on my delivery. The delivery drivers were also professional. They got my furniture in a breeze. The quality of the furniture is what I expected and I highly recommend purchasing from here.

I recently bought couple of furnitures form the Auburn Domayne, bedding department. I cannot recommend this store enough as my family and I had the highest level of service we could have. Andy, who was with us from the very beginning of our purchase till after-care was just terrific. He promised us that we won’t be disappointed and he kept his promise. He has the most beautiful manners to his customers and mostly, has the experience and knowledge to give them what they want. He does everything to make the customers feel more than satisfied with service and products. My family come back to this store just for Andy.

The delivery and installation team of Domayne were also just amazing. Tommy and Brad who did the job had the best attitude and made sure everything was perfect and we were satisfied. Despite how hot the weather was (AC wasn’t working on the day), they had their smiles on and did everything in the most polite and friendly manner. We truly appreciate their hard work.

If you want to go to a store who has genuine care and support for their costumers, I truly recommend Auburn Domayne. They have the best staffs and high-level of service!

I don’t normally write reviews but after the amazing service we received at the Domayne bedding department in Auburn I wanted to share our experience. We have done a complete renovation on our house so have had to make hundreds of selections to furnish our home. Of all the suppliers we have been to over the last 6 months the service we received from Mung and his team was a stand out. Mung spent a lot of time with us explaining the different options for our beds. One of his team (sorry, I can’t recall her name) was very knowledgeable about interior design and helped us narrow down the huge selection of fabrics for our bedheads until we found the right ones. Mung followed up with all our requests, and went above and beyond. We are very grateful to him and the team. Thank you.

A wonderful experience. We purchased most of our furniture for our new place here. Such friendly and helpful staff, awesome range, great prices and even further discounts given off the sale prices thanks to Sunni! Really looking forward to our delivery at the end of January
