Been bitten twice this time on line shopping.
I am a dedicated in store Harvey Norman shopper so this time I tried the online shopping, biggest mistake,
I purchased a trampoline, only part of the trampoline turned up. My security cameras show that only part of the order was delivered. Contacted Harvey online service and that is also a waist of time, you just keep waiting for an answer that never comes. Thought I would ring them but the system is so difficult to find a phone number you just get frustrated. I sent another online request and found an email address so I sent information there as well but still no answer. Now I have to contact Fair Trading which seems a waste of time for a small amount of money but what other choice do I have.
So if you want to get frustrated or need to waste your time shop at Harvey Norman Online, otherwise give them a miss.

Do NOT touch Harvey Norman Commercial. You will only be sorry. There products brand new are faulty and after four months - still no replacement. Service non existant. STAY AWAY!

Worst people to deal with, so hard to reach anyone, owe me money for over 5 months and just keep getting the run around, not even worth 1 star

If your builder suggests HNC Tarren Point, run the other way. They are only interested in builders, and have poor product knowledge and customer service. We found out the hard way as all items were put on builders account, and when we were supplied with the wrong item, we were told by HNC that the builder was their customer not us. It was so dire in the end that I was forced to go elsewhere for our big ticket items. That was a blessing as that not only offered me amazing customer service and prices, but was able to honour cash back offers that would not have been valid if purchased through HNC.

I am using smart home provided by Harvey Norman.called warrenty serveral times.waited almost one year but didn't get a reply.exhausted.never use Hervey norman.

Great service and range of products. Good and experienced sales team. Highly knowledgeable staff able to answer any questions you might have about how to maximise your solar power returns. One of the best after sales service in the industry. Easy to contact and always responded promptly to any service needs no matter how small. They were always very respectful and professional in their interactions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them.

Just terrible. If you buy through these guys and your product has a defect, you will be on your own. Horrendous.

My husband and I are very disappointed with this service. The first time we went there there was a mistake with the cook top, we wanted a separate down draft exhaust and induction cook top, which we thought we had. We had to go a second time to correct this mistake. The first time our trades assistant name is Samantha
The Second time our given trades assistant was once again Samantha who spent most of the time with my husband and I looking at her Ipad researching induction cook tops and downdrafts. The cook top and down draft exhaust that we wanted was not on display. The phone call to Samantha prior to us going there we were told they had the exhaust and cook top suitable for us to look at. So instead travelling 80 km in pouring rain we could have done our own research at home which I might we had to do anyway. Besides that something that is a real put off was that Samantha was chewing on chewing gum the whole time. I ended up walking out in discuss.
